克什克騰旗教師進修學校現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)課程現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析

【摘要】: 隨著信息化社會的到來,教育的信息化已成為必然。從克什克騰旗的教育體制和現(xiàn)實情況來看,中小學教師基本上是師范學校的畢業(yè)生,因此將發(fā)揮師范學校對于促進中小學教育信息化的健康發(fā)展可以起到十分重要的作用。2002年2月,教育部在下發(fā)的“關(guān)于推進教育信息化建設(shè)的意見”中明確提出師范院校要開設(shè)現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)課的要求,F(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)就是運用現(xiàn)代教育理論和現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),通過對教與學過程和教學資源的設(shè)計、開發(fā)、利用、評價和管理,實現(xiàn)教學優(yōu)化的理論和實踐。本課題從實際出發(fā),以克什克騰旗教師進修學校為范本,以專題調(diào)查研究為基本方法,采用查閱資料、座談、問卷調(diào)查、隨堂聽講等多種形式結(jié)合,對《現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)》課程的現(xiàn)實狀況進行了調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的主要問題是:任課教師的現(xiàn)代教育理念滯后;教學內(nèi)容不適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展需求,授課過多依賴計算機多媒體系統(tǒng)并采用傳遞-接受的傳統(tǒng)教學模式:多媒體教學課件質(zhì)量不高;學習目標不明確,師生關(guān)系不融洽。理論聯(lián)系實際進行思考、分析,提出了以下建議和對策:積極推進現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)課程建設(shè);提高現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)任課教師的素質(zhì);改變教學方式,豐富課堂教學;運用合理評價體系,促進師生學習熱情;加大信息技術(shù)在現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)中的比重,緊跟時代發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of information society, the informatization of education has become inevitable. Judging from the educational system of Keshikteng Banner and the actual situation, primary and secondary school teachers are basically graduates of normal schools. Therefore, normal schools will play a very important role in promoting the healthy development of primary and secondary education informatization. In "opinions on promoting the Construction of Educational Informatization" issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education clearly puts forward the requirement of offering modern educational technology courses in teachers' colleges and universities. Modern educational technology is to use modern educational theory and modern information technology to realize the theory and practice of teaching optimization by designing, developing, utilizing, evaluating and managing the teaching and learning process and teaching resources. This topic is based on reality, taking Kshketeng Banner Teachers' further Education School as a model, and taking special topic investigation and research as the basic method, combining various forms, such as consulting information, talking, questionnaire, listening to lectures in class and so on. This paper investigates the realistic situation of the course "Modern Educational Technology", and finds that the main problems are: the modern educational idea of the teacher is lagging behind, the teaching content is not suitable for the development of the times, and the teaching content is not suitable for the development of the times. The teaching relies on computer multimedia system too much and adopts the traditional teaching mode of transmission and acceptance: the quality of multimedia teaching courseware is not high, the learning goal is not clear, and the relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious. Combining theory with practice, this paper puts forward the following suggestions and countermeasures: actively promoting the construction of modern educational technology curriculum, improving the quality of teachers of modern educational technology course, changing teaching methods and enriching classroom teaching; The rational evaluation system should be used to promote the enthusiasm of teachers and students to study, to increase the proportion of information technology in modern educational technology and to keep up with the development of the times.
