【摘要】： 當(dāng)前,科技進(jìn)步、知識(shí)增長(zhǎng),使得教育比以往任何時(shí)候都顯得重要。中小學(xué)教師作為基礎(chǔ)教育的主力軍,其專業(yè)性是不言而喻的。因此,為了使教師具備較高的專業(yè)技能,同時(shí)適應(yīng)二十一世紀(jì)對(duì)教師的新要求,我們必須盡快找到提高教師專業(yè)化技能的規(guī)律、方法以及策略,以便使我們對(duì)教師的培訓(xùn)有效、有果�；诮ㄔO(shè)合格的、專業(yè)化的教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)基地,形成體系完整、功能健全的培訓(xùn)體系為出發(fā)點(diǎn),并以教育部《2003—2007年教育振興行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》、《中小學(xué)教師繼續(xù)教育規(guī)定》和“全國(guó)中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力建設(shè)計(jì)劃”等文件和規(guī)定為依據(jù),科學(xué)制定培訓(xùn)基地條的件與要求,構(gòu)建教師公共學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)和支持服務(wù)體系,整體提高中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)水平,這將是本篇論文的思想指導(dǎo)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)蘭州市中小學(xué)教師的教育技術(shù)應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,分析了應(yīng)用、培訓(xùn)存在的主要問(wèn)題和形成原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究成果,提出了相應(yīng)的解決辦法,是具有一定科學(xué)性和可操作性的培訓(xùn)策略。 本文重點(diǎn)以蘭州市中小學(xué)教師現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)有關(guān)的培訓(xùn)方案為依據(jù),堅(jiān)持以集中培訓(xùn)、教研培訓(xùn)、科研培訓(xùn)相結(jié)合為基本核心,努力完善建設(shè)“四級(jí)培訓(xùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)”基地,擴(kuò)大培訓(xùn)面,調(diào)整和精選培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,應(yīng)用各種培訓(xùn)策略,開(kāi)展多樣化的教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn);同時(shí)也要進(jìn)一步做好政策制度保障工作,以協(xié)作型學(xué)習(xí)為依托,將培訓(xùn)中的教師由“被動(dòng)”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤爸鲃?dòng)”、“理論”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤皩?shí)踐”;進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化教師教育技術(shù)培訓(xùn)效果,做到“學(xué)之有用”。加強(qiáng)科研,探索規(guī)律,保證培訓(xùn)發(fā)展,提高培訓(xùn)實(shí)效,努力提高廣大教師實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的能力和水平,以適應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革和發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:At present, the progress of science and technology and the growth of knowledge make education more important than ever before.Primary and secondary school teachers as the main force of basic education, its professionalism is self-evident.Therefore, in order to equip teachers with higher professional skills and adapt to the new demands on teachers in the 21 century, we must find out the rules, methods and strategies to improve teachers' professional skills as soon as possible in order to make our training of teachers effective.Have fruit.Based on the construction of a qualified and specialized training base for teachers' educational technology, and the formation of a complete and well-functioning training system,On the basis of the documents and regulations of the Ministry of Education on the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Education in 2003-2007, the provisions on the continuing Education of Primary and Secondary School Teachers, and the National Plan for the Construction of Educational Technical capacity of Primary and Secondary School Teachers, the articles and requirements of the training base are scientifically formulated.Constructing the teachers' public learning platform and supporting service system, and improving the educational technology training level of primary and middle school teachers as a whole, will be the ideological guidance of this paper.Based on the investigation of the present situation of educational technology application and training of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Lanzhou, and the statistical analysis of the investigation results, this paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the application and training, and on this basis,Combined with the domestic and foreign research results, the corresponding solutions are put forward, which is a scientific and operational training strategy.Based on the training programs related to modern education technology for primary and secondary school teachers in Lanzhou, this paper insists on the combination of centralized training, teaching and research training and scientific research training as the basic core, and strives to improve the construction of the "four-level training network" base.We should expand the scope of training, adjust and select the training contents, apply various training strategies, and carry out diversified training in educational technology. At the same time, we should further do a good job in ensuring policies and systems, relying on collaborative learning.The teachers in training should be changed from "passive" to "active" and "theory" to "practice", and the effect of teachers' educational technology training should be further strengthened so as to be "useful in learning".Strengthen scientific research, explore the law, ensure the development of training, improve the actual results of training, and strive to improve the ability and level of teachers to implement quality education, in order to meet the needs of the reform and development of basic education curriculum.
