舞動(dòng)心理團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對(duì)大學(xué)生心理健康發(fā)展的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】: 本研究的目的是在調(diào)查分析大學(xué)生心理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,探討舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)這種注重身心結(jié)合、藝術(shù)表達(dá)的模式對(duì)我國大學(xué)生心理健康的不同側(cè)面有什么影響作用。本研究運(yùn)用了量的研究和質(zhì)的研究相結(jié)合的方法。 研究一以師范大學(xué)生為被試,考察了《自我接納量表》和《容納他人量表》的適用性,并進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證修訂,分析了大學(xué)生自我、人際心理不同方面與心理健康和主觀幸福感的相關(guān)。結(jié)果表明: 1自我接納量表和容納他人量表經(jīng)驗(yàn)證修訂,適用于師范大學(xué)生被試群體。 2“自我概念”、“自我接納”、“容納他人”與“癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)”總分顯著負(fù)相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)在-0.71~-0.48之間,與主觀幸福感(SWB)顯著正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.42~0.59之間。 研究二進(jìn)行了舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體心理干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn),考察了對(duì)大學(xué)生自我、人際方面的發(fā)展性心理問題的干預(yù)效果,以及對(duì)心理健康和主觀幸福感的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)共分三個(gè)組:舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體心理干預(yù)組(A)66人,體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練組(B)42人,無特別措施的控制組(C)66人。實(shí)驗(yàn)前后均對(duì)各組被試實(shí)施心理測試,包括自我概念、自我接納、接納他人、交往焦慮、孤獨(dú)感量表,以及癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)和幸福感指數(shù)量表。實(shí)驗(yàn)前各組進(jìn)行等組化處理,經(jīng)過每周一次,共12周的干預(yù)后,結(jié)果表明: 3舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體心理干預(yù)對(duì)大學(xué)生“自我概念”總分均有積極作用(p<0.001);在“自我概念”總分及“生理自我”、“心理自我”、“社會(huì)自我”、“自我認(rèn)同”、“自我滿意”因子上,組間比較結(jié)果為:舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體心理干預(yù)組(A)>體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練組(B)>控制組(C)。 5自我接納總分的組問差異均表現(xiàn)為A=B>C;而容納他人總分的組間差異表現(xiàn)為A>B>C。 6舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體干預(yù)和體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練,均有效降低了“社交焦慮”(B<A<C)和“社會(huì)孤獨(dú)”(A=B<C),但二者對(duì)“感情孤獨(dú)”均沒有顯著影響(p>0.05)。 7舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體心理干預(yù)和體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練均使大學(xué)生SCL-90總分降低,且A<B<C。同時(shí),A組的幸福感指數(shù)有顯著性提高(A>C,A>B)。 研究三為質(zhì)性研究,,通過舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體心理干預(yù)過程中的大量相關(guān)文本材料和訪談資料,驗(yàn)證了干預(yù)效果,并用樣版分析法,探討了其內(nèi)在作用機(jī)制。結(jié)論如下: 8舞動(dòng)心理干預(yù)對(duì)大學(xué)生“身體自我”的影響可概括為認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)方面的“有張有弛、動(dòng)作豐富、靈活自如”,情緒感受方面的“釋放感、愉悅感、放松感、珍惜感”。 9舞動(dòng)心理干預(yù)對(duì)大學(xué)生“心理自我”的影響可概括為認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)方面的“反思洞察、打破框框、積極自信、真實(shí)自然”,情緒感受方面的“自由感、快樂感、充實(shí)感、價(jià)值感、成就感”。 10舞動(dòng)心理干預(yù)對(duì)大學(xué)生“接納他人”的影響可概括為:“形象接納、情感接納、才智接納、性格接納”。 11舞動(dòng)心理干預(yù)對(duì)大學(xué)生“人與人之間關(guān)系”的影響主要可概括為:認(rèn)知上的“異質(zhì)包容、角色換位、團(tuán)結(jié)互助”;情感上的“安全感、集體感、歸屬感”。 12舞動(dòng)團(tuán)體心理干預(yù)對(duì)大學(xué)生生活的總體感受方面影響,集中體現(xiàn)為心理健康水平的提高,主觀幸福感的增強(qiáng)。干預(yù)效果在團(tuán)體外的延伸主要可概括為:“情緒延伸、關(guān)系延伸、觀念延伸、行為延伸、專業(yè)技能延伸”。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is based on the survey analysis of College Students' psychological status, to explore the dancing group counseling which focus on the body and mind, different aspects of artistic expression pattern of our mental health have what effect. This study uses the method of quantitative research and qualitative research combined.
Study 1, taking normal university students as subjects, investigated the applicability of the self acceptance scale and the accommodation of others scale, and verified and revised it, and analyzed the correlation between College Students' self and interpersonal psychological aspects, mental health and subjective well-being.

2, "self concept", "self acceptance" and "accommodating others" were significantly negatively correlated with the total score of symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90). The correlation coefficient between -0.71 and -0.48 was significantly positively correlated with subjective well-being (SWB), and the correlation coefficient was between 0.42 and 0.59.
The research was carried out in two dancing group psychological intervention experiment, study on College Students' self development, intervention effect of psychological problems of interpersonal aspects, and the influence on mental health and subjective well-being. The subjects were divided into three groups: dancing group psychological intervention group (A) 66 people, sports dance training group (B) 42, the control group without special measures (C) before and after the experiment of 66 people. All subjects including psychological test, self concept, self acceptance, acceptance of others, social anxiety, loneliness scale, and symptom checklist (SCL-90) and happiness index scale were tested before the experiment. Group after treatment, once a week, a total of 12 weeks of intervention, results show that:
3 dance group psychological intervention positive effects on College Students' self concept scores were (P < 0.001); in the "self concept" and "total physical self, psychological self, social self", "self identity", "self satisfaction" factor, results between the two groups: dancing group psychological the intervention group (A), the sports dance training group (B), control group (C).
The differences in group questions of 5 total score of self acceptance were A=B > C, and the differences in the total score of others were A > B > C.
6 dancing group intervention and sports dance training effectively reduced social anxiety (B < A < C) and social loneliness (A=B < C), but the two had no significant influence on "emotional loneliness" (P > 0.05).
7 dancing group psychological intervention and sports dance training all reduced the total SCL-90 score of college students, and A < B < C., meanwhile, the happiness index of A group increased significantly (A > C, A > B).
Research three is qualitative research. Through a large number of related text materials and interview materials in the process of dancing group psychological intervention, the effect of intervention is verified, and the internal mechanism of action is discussed by the way of sample analysis.
