【摘要】：正 2003年,上海市民辦非學歷教育蓬勃發(fā)展,在教育行政部門注冊的民辦非學歷教育機構達1300多家,接受民辦非學歷教育培訓達230余萬人次,占全市總人口的1/6強。
[Abstract]:In 2003, private non-academic education flourished in Shanghai. More than 1300 private non-academic educational institutions were registered in the education administration, and more than 2.3 million people received private non-academic education and training, accounting for more than 1 / 6 of the total population of the city.
