針對(duì)性——美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院教育成功的真諦

【摘要】:本文在介紹美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院教育簡(jiǎn)史的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院教育的辦學(xué)特色———針對(duì)性原則。具體表現(xiàn)為:立足社區(qū),服務(wù)居民———區(qū)域的針對(duì)性;靈活多樣,相互通達(dá)———課程體系的針對(duì)性;面向社會(huì),服務(wù)企業(yè)———辦學(xué)方式的針對(duì)性;學(xué)生本位,全面育人———人才培養(yǎng)的針對(duì)性。
[Abstract]:On the basis of introducing the brief history of American community college education, this paper analyzes the characteristics of American community college education-targeted principles. The concrete performance is as follows: based on the community, serving the residents-the pertinence of the region; flexible and diverse, mutual access to each other-the pertinence of the curriculum system; facing the society, serving the enterprise-the pertinence of the way of running a school; Student standard, comprehensive education-the pertinence of talent training.
