【摘要】：正 各級(jí)各部門(mén)組織的各類培訓(xùn)班過(guò)多、過(guò)濫,是企業(yè)減負(fù)工作中反映的突出問(wèn)題。主要表現(xiàn)在:一是一事多頭組織培訓(xùn),且組織培訓(xùn)的都是掌握一定權(quán)力的部門(mén),培訓(xùn)事實(shí)上帶有強(qiáng)制性;二是收費(fèi)不規(guī)范,名義上來(lái)看,有些培訓(xùn),收費(fèi)是經(jīng)過(guò)物價(jià)部門(mén)批準(zhǔn),并非亂收費(fèi),但實(shí)際上,培訓(xùn)確需的書(shū)本資料費(fèi)、場(chǎng)地租用費(fèi)、講課
[Abstract]:All kinds of training courses organized by various departments at all levels are too numerous and excessive, which is a prominent problem reflected in the work of reducing the burden of enterprises. The main performance is as follows: first, it is a matter of multi-head organization training, and the organization of training is to hold a certain authority of the department, training is in fact mandatory; Second, the charges are not standardized. Nominally, some training fees are approved by the price department, but they are not arbitrarily charged, but in fact, the fees for books and materials, for the rental of venues, and for lectures, which are really required for training, are not subject to the approval of the price department.
