試論反思與成人學(xué)習(xí)研究

【摘要】:反思已成為當(dāng)今成人質(zhì)變學(xué)習(xí)、非正式和偶發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)、敘事學(xué)習(xí)等多種成人學(xué)習(xí)研究的基石,其原因既在于反思的本質(zhì),也來源于反思性教學(xué)的影響及其符合成人學(xué)習(xí)的特點。成人學(xué)習(xí)研究中反思的目標(biāo)主要在理性的認(rèn)知、解放的行動、發(fā)展的方略和精神的聯(lián)結(jié)。加強(qiáng)群體和組織的反思、厘清教師在反思中的角色、確定成人學(xué)習(xí)中的反思模式以及推動成人學(xué)習(xí)邏輯起點的研究,是反思在成人學(xué)習(xí)中需要進(jìn)一步拓展的研究課題。
[Abstract]:Reflection has become the cornerstone of adult learning such as adult qualitative change learning, informal and incidental learning, narrative learning and so on. The reason is not only the essence of reflection, but also the influence of reflective teaching and its characteristics in line with adult learning. The goal of reflection in adult learning research is mainly rational cognition, liberation action, development strategy and spiritual connection. To strengthen the reflection of groups and organizations, to clarify the role of teachers in reflection, to determine the mode of reflection in adult learning and to promote the logical starting point of adult learning are the research topics that need to be further expanded in adult learning.
