2003:創(chuàng)新技術(shù)引導企業(yè)E-Learning

【摘要】:正 隨著E-Learning第一波的翻過,對E-Learning與KM的結(jié)合、瑣碎知識的收集和管理,以及標準化的學習技術(shù)的融合將成為新一波E-Learning中必須考慮的問題。美國著名的教育和培訓市場研究機構(gòu)Eduventures預測到2003年,市場上的新加入者或者更新的產(chǎn)品將會推動旁系知識的收集,也就是能夠把學習與日常的工作流程真正融合在一起的新型學習技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the turning over of the first wave of E-Learning, the combination of E-Learning and KM, the collection and management of trivial knowledge, and the integration of standardized learning techniques will become the problems that must be considered in the new wave of E-Learning. Eduventures, a leading education and training market research organization in the United States, predicts that by 2003, new entrants or newer products on the market will facilitate the collection of knowledge in the collateral system. This is a new learning technology that can truly integrate learning and daily workflow.
