【摘要】：新生代農(nóng)民工接受職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)的意愿強(qiáng)烈,對(duì)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的需求與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方向基本一致,他們希望能夠靈活安排培訓(xùn)時(shí)間,特別希望降低培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用。為此,本文認(rèn)為,在新生代農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)中,要堅(jiān)持職業(yè)能力培訓(xùn)為目標(biāo)取向,改變培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)指向不明的狀態(tài);要堅(jiān)持以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,改變培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容缺乏針對(duì)性,脫離生產(chǎn)實(shí)際的狀態(tài);要堅(jiān)持以政府資助為主體,改變培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺的狀態(tài);要堅(jiān)持以市場(chǎng)需求為主導(dǎo),改變政府作用不到位,保障體制不健全的局面;要堅(jiān)持以社區(qū)教育為依托,改變培訓(xùn)效果不理想的狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The new generation of migrant workers have a strong desire to receive vocational education and training, and their demand for training content is basically consistent with the direction of industrial development. They hope to arrange training time flexibly, especially to reduce training costs. We should persist in taking employment as the guide, changing the lack of pertinence of training content, divorcing from the actual state of production, taking government subsidies as the main body, changing the shortage of training funds, taking market demand as the leading factor, changing the government's inadequate role and safeguarding the unsound situation of the system, and adhering to the community as the main body. Relying on education, changing the training effect is not ideal.
