【摘要】：電大是我國高等教育的重要組成部分,肩負著提高勞動者素質,培養(yǎng)大量合格人才的重任,目前電大在管理上的存在諸多問題已不適應形勢發(fā)展的需要,亟待建立電大管理目標模式。在電大管理目標模式建立中,要充分發(fā)揮電大管理職能,確立相應的工作原則,實現(xiàn)管理科學化。電大實行科學管理的最終的目的是最優(yōu)化地實現(xiàn)最優(yōu)目標,即多、快、好、省地培養(yǎng)出適應社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設需要的合格人才,是電大事業(yè)健康發(fā)展的需要,是提高電大管理工作效率,增強電大教育效益的有力保證,也是電大實現(xiàn)最優(yōu)化目標的有力保證。
[Abstract]:RTVU is an important part of higher education in China, which shoulders the important task of improving the quality of workers and cultivating a large number of qualified personnel. At present, there are many problems in the management of RTVU that can not meet the needs of the development of the situation. It is urgent to establish the management target mode of RTVU. In the establishment of the management target mode of RTVU, it is necessary to give full play to the management function of RTVU, establish the corresponding working principles, and realize the scientific management. The ultimate goal of implementing scientific management in RTVU is to optimize the realization of the optimal goal, that is, to train qualified personnel who can meet the needs of the socialist modernization construction, that is, more, faster, better, and save land, which is the need for the healthy development of the cause of RTVU. It is a powerful guarantee to improve the efficiency of RTVU management and to enhance the educational efficiency of RTVU, as well as to realize the optimization goal of RTVU.
