【摘要】：正長期以來,由于受傳統(tǒng)觀念、教育制度及教師的思維習慣、知識結構等因素的影響,在我國高等教育中,普通高校教師一直保持著教學和科研雙肩挑的傳統(tǒng),且科研的內(nèi)容與教學的內(nèi)容常有內(nèi)在的關聯(lián)性;而成人高校一向重教學、輕科研,認為教師的職責只是上好課教好書,如去搞科研,便有越位之嫌。這樣,同普通高校相比,成人
