【摘要】：中共上海市委常委、副市長、上海行政學院院長馮國勤在 “努力創(chuàng)建學習型城區(qū)”一文中指出,黨的十六大把形 成學習型社會確立為全面建設(shè)小康社會的目標和任務(wù)之一,學習型組織是小康社會的重要文化特征。在全面建設(shè)小康社會的過程中,必須把創(chuàng)建學習型城市擺在一定的戰(zhàn)略位置上,創(chuàng)建學習型城區(qū)就是連接學習型社區(qū)與學習型城市的重要紐帶。
[Abstract]:Feng Guoqin, member of the standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, deputy mayor and dean of the Shanghai Institute of Administration, pointed out in his article "strive to create a Learning City District." The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established a learning society as one of the goals and tasks of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Learning organization is an important cultural feature of a well-off society. In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, we must put the establishment of a learning city in a certain strategic position, and the creation of a learning city is an important link between the learning community and the learning city.
