【摘要】：正1.報(bào)考檔案系列中級(jí)職稱須具備哪些條件? 堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則,熱愛(ài)社會(huì)主義祖國(guó),遵紀(jì)守法,遵守社會(huì)公德;在檔案崗位上工作,認(rèn)真執(zhí)行《中華人民共和國(guó)檔案法》,履行崗位職責(zé),完成本職工作,遵守職業(yè)道德。考生除具備這些基本條件外,還須具備下列有關(guān)條件: ①博土;碩士或取得第二學(xué)士學(xué)位后從事檔案工作滿2年;大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)后從事檔案工作滿4年,或大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)擔(dān)任助理館員滿3年;大學(xué)專(zhuān)科畢業(yè)后從事檔案工作滿6年,或大學(xué)專(zhuān)科畢業(yè)擔(dān)任助理館員滿4年;中專(zhuān)畢業(yè),從事專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)工作滿15年,其中從事檔案專(zhuān)業(yè)工作不少于10年,且擔(dān)任助理館員滿4年。 ②通過(guò)規(guī)定的全國(guó)職稱外語(yǔ)考試或上海市職稱古漢語(yǔ)考試。 ③通過(guò)規(guī)定的職稱計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力考試。 2.如何辦理考試報(bào)名手續(xù)? 參加檔案系列中級(jí)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)任職資格考試由本人提出申請(qǐng),并如實(shí)填寫(xiě)《考試報(bào)名表》,經(jīng)所在單位審核、加蓋單位公章后,按規(guī)定的報(bào)名日期和要求,到報(bào)名地點(diǎn)辦理報(bào)名手續(xù)。辦理報(bào)名手續(xù)時(shí)須攜帶身份證、學(xué)歷證書(shū)、職稱外語(yǔ)或職稱古漢語(yǔ)證書(shū)、職稱計(jì)
