【摘要】:對(duì)于在遠(yuǎn)程教育中提倡更廣泛地使用信息與通訊技術(shù)的人士,他們往往忽視了考慮現(xiàn)代技術(shù)在教、學(xué)及管理中運(yùn)用所面臨的特殊挑戰(zhàn)。為了幫助人們分析如何在遠(yuǎn)程教育中恰當(dāng)?shù)貞?yīng)用現(xiàn)代技術(shù),本文作者提出了技術(shù)運(yùn)用的四條基本原理:避免偏見、洞察謬論、尋求平衡、獨(dú)立與互動(dòng)。首先,我們必須避免偏見,尤其是技術(shù)經(jīng)銷商為了商業(yè)利潤而提出的“技術(shù)改進(jìn)一切”的觀點(diǎn)。其次,我們要洞察謬誤,以批判的眼光去看問題,而不是被某些流行的觀點(diǎn)所誤導(dǎo)。第三,我們應(yīng)該對(duì)技術(shù)有全面的認(rèn)識(shí),在教育中尋求現(xiàn)代技術(shù)與人的運(yùn)用之間的平衡;第四,我們應(yīng)將學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)看作是獨(dú)立與互動(dòng)的結(jié)合。英國開放大學(xué)是應(yīng)用這些原則的成功典范。
[Abstract]:For those who advocate wider use of ICT in distance education, they tend to overlook the particular challenges faced by the use of modern technology in teaching, learning and management. In order to help people analyze how to apply modern technology properly in distance education, the author puts forward four basic principles of technology application: avoiding prejudice, insight into fallacy, seeking balance, independence and interaction. First of all, we must avoid prejudice, especially the idea of "technology improving everything" proposed by technology dealers for commercial profit. Second, we need to look at fallacies critically rather than being misled by popular views. Third, we should have a comprehensive understanding of technology and seek a balance between modern technology and the use of human beings in education; fourth, we should regard learning activities as a combination of independence and interaction. The British Open University is a successful example of the application of these principles.
