終身教育的理論與實踐:淵源、演變及現狀

【摘要】:論文通過對終身教育思想的淵源、演變和發(fā)展現狀的研究,探索終身教育思想的發(fā)展歷程、內涵及其發(fā)展前景,揭示終身教育的發(fā)展與社會政治、經濟、文化和教育之間的相互依賴和相互作用之規(guī)律。 本文運用較為豐富的教育史資料,通過對英、美兩國成人教育的發(fā)展歷史的考察及對兩國較有影響的成人教育家耶克斯利(B.Yeaxlee)、曼斯布里奇(A.Mansbridge)、林德曼(E.Lindeman)、諾爾斯(M.S.Knowls)等人的成人教育思想的研究,闡釋成人教育的實踐和成人教育思想的發(fā)展對終身教育思想最終形成的巨大影響。文章系統(tǒng)分析了《終身教育導論》、《學會生存》、《教育——財富蘊藏其中》等終身教育經典之作中的終身教育思想,不僅較為全面地闡述了終身教育思想的內涵,而且勾勒了終身教育思想確立和發(fā)展的軌跡。論文還就一些學者對終身教育思想所作的批評和反思進行了分析。為了進一步對終身教育思想的發(fā)展和實踐有所認識,在充分肯定終身教育思想對包括學校教育在內的教育改革和發(fā)展的積極影響的同時,論文以日本、美國及印度和巴西四國為例,對終身教育思想在這些國家的傳播和實施的情況作了初步的研究,并以此來說明通過成人教育的實踐及成人教育思想的發(fā)展將終身教育思想付諸于實踐的可能性及在現有主客觀條件下將終身教育思想全面付諸于實施的艱巨性。
[Abstract]:Through the study of the origin, evolution and present situation of lifelong education thought, this paper explores the development course, connotation and development prospect of lifelong education thought, and reveals the development of lifelong education and social politics, economy, etc. The law of interdependence and interaction between culture and education. In this paper, we use the abundant educational historical data, through the analysis of the English, An investigation of the Development History of Adult Education in the United States and a study of the Adult Education thoughts of Yecksley B. Yeaxleeki, A. Mansbridgeg, A. Mansbridge, E. Lindemand, M. S. Knowls, and others, who are influential in the two countries. Explain the practice of adult education and the development of adult education thought on the formation of life-long education. This paper systematically analyzes the lifelong education thoughts in the classics of lifelong education, such as introduction to lifelong Education, Learning to survive, Education and Wealth, and so on. It not only comprehensively expounds the connotation of the thought of lifelong Education. And has outlined the lifelong education thought establishment and the development track. The thesis also analyzes some scholars' criticism and reflection on the thought of lifelong education. In order to further understand the development and practice of the thought of lifelong education, while fully affirming the positive influence of the thought of lifelong education on the reform and development of education, including school education, the paper uses Japan as the basis. For example, the United States, India and Brazil have made a preliminary study on the dissemination and implementation of lifelong education in these countries. It also explains the possibility of putting the lifelong education thought into practice through the practice of adult education and the development of adult education thought, and the difficulty of putting the life-long education thought into practice under the existing subjective and objective conditions.
