【摘要】：文章通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前成人教育機(jī)構(gòu)辦學(xué)職能及其轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)虻姆治?認(rèn)為新時(shí)期成人教育機(jī)構(gòu)辦學(xué)職能轉(zhuǎn)變應(yīng)確立三個(gè)價(jià)值取向,即由"學(xué)歷"教育轉(zhuǎn)向關(guān)注"人"的教育;由"生存"教育轉(zhuǎn)向體現(xiàn)"存在"的教育;由知識(shí)的"傳授"轉(zhuǎn)向注重能力的"修煉"。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current functions of adult education institutions and the reasons for their transformation, this paper holds that the transformation of the functions of adult education institutions in the new period should establish three value orientations, that is, from the education of "academic qualifications" to the education of "people"; From "existence" education to "existence" education, from knowledge "imparting" to "ability training".
