【摘要】：提高繼續(xù)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,應(yīng)堅(jiān)持"以學(xué)員為本",充分研究成人學(xué)員的參訓(xùn)動(dòng)機(jī)和學(xué)習(xí)心理;在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,引導(dǎo)學(xué)員樹(shù)立正確的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)教學(xué)的針對(duì)性和時(shí)效性,并對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、課堂氣氛等方面進(jìn)行一系列的改革。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the teaching quality of continuing education, we should adhere to the "student-oriented", fully study the motivation and psychology of adult students, guide the students to set up correct learning motivation, and strengthen the pertinence and timeliness of the training and teaching. And carries on a series of reforms to the teaching content, the teaching method, the classroom atmosphere and so on.
