【摘要】：利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的強(qiáng)大的互動(dòng)功能 ,組織全國(guó)特殊教育領(lǐng)域知名的專家、學(xué)者和教師 ,在網(wǎng)上開(kāi)展網(wǎng)上遠(yuǎn)程咨詢活動(dòng)———“中國(guó)特殊需要在線百日百名專家助殘咨詢”。本報(bào)告研究采用描述 2 0 0 1年的助殘咨詢活動(dòng)、回顧整個(gè)咨詢活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容、專家個(gè)人信息、特殊兒童教育以及各類信息是咨詢者們關(guān)注的主要主題 ,針對(duì)這些主題對(duì)所有咨詢內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分類、編碼 ,進(jìn)而進(jìn)行定性的分析 ,將分析的結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié) ,以研究在線遠(yuǎn)程咨詢的特點(diǎn) ,探討全國(guó)特殊教育領(lǐng)域所關(guān)心的主要的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Taking advantage of the powerful interactive function of the network, we have organized famous experts, scholars and teachers in the field of special education throughout the country to carry out online remote consultation activities-"100 experts to assist the disabled in China with Special needs online". In this report, we used to describe the disability counseling activities in 2001, and reviewed the contents of the consultation activities, the personal information of experts, the education of special children and all kinds of information. Categorize, encode, and then qualitatively analyze all of these topics, summarize the results in order to study the characteristics of online remote consultation. To explore the main issues of concern in the field of special education throughout the country.
