【摘要】：成人學校生源多元化是社會變遷的應然要求和教育改革的必然歸宿。在創(chuàng)建學習型社會的進程中,成人學校應該為一切有學習需求的成人敞開大門。行政管理人員、專業(yè)技術人員、企業(yè)員工、下崗工人、社會待業(yè)青年、農(nóng)民、農(nóng)民工、留守婦女、個體勞動者是社會的主要群體,也是成人學校的主要生源。以生源多元化為視角研究成人學校教育的轉(zhuǎn)型與創(chuàng)新,可以豐富成人教育科學的非線性、復雜性和多元性的研究理念;以生源多元化歸口理論為基點研究社會各群體的生存境遇和改善途徑,可以豐厚和諧社會和教育公平的真實內(nèi)涵;以生源多元化的理論與實踐為雙軸線,系統(tǒng)梳理成人學校生源多元化的歷史、現(xiàn)在與未來,并提出具體可行的教育政策、教學與管理創(chuàng)新建議,可以拓展成人學校改革的理論視角和實踐空間。國家社會科學基金"十一五"規(guī)劃(教育學)重點課題"成人學校生源多元化研究"(課題批準號:BKA070034)調(diào)研了我國東、南、中、西部地區(qū)社會不同群體的社會任務、學習需求和學習方式,進行了成人學校生源多元化歸口分析,并以此為基礎提出成人學校教育政策、教學與管理策略創(chuàng)新建議。本課題的成果對于保障所有社會群體,特別是弱勢群體的受教育權,實現(xiàn)教育公平和社會公正,構建學習型社會,保障成人學�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展,有著重要的理論意義和實踐意義。本刊在此刊出本研究的部分核心成果,以飧讀者。
[Abstract]:The diversity of students in adult schools is the necessary requirement of social change and the inevitable destination of educational reform. In the process of building a learning society, adult schools should open the door to all adults with learning needs. Professional and technical personnel, enterprise employees, laid-off workers, unemployed young people, peasants, migrant workers, women left behind, and self-employed workers are the main groups of society. It is also the main student source of adult school. Studying the transformation and innovation of adult school education from the perspective of student diversity can enrich the nonlinear, complex and pluralistic research idea of adult education science. Based on the theory of diversification of students, it is possible to study the living conditions and improving ways of various social groups, which can enrich the true connotation of harmonious society and educational fairness, and take the theory and practice of diversification of students as the double axis. Systematically combing the history, present and future of the diversity of adult school students, and putting forward concrete and feasible education policy, teaching and management innovation suggestions, It can expand the theoretical perspective and practical space of adult school reform. The key topic of the National Social Science Fund's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" (pedagogy), "Research on the Diversity of Adult School students" (Project Grant No.: BKA070034), has investigated the east, south, and middle of China. The social tasks, learning needs and learning styles of different social groups in the western region are analyzed, and the policy of adult school education is put forward on the basis of the analysis of the diversity of students in adult schools. The achievement of this paper is to guarantee the right to education of all social groups, especially the vulnerable groups, to realize education equity and social justice, to construct a learning society, and to ensure the sustainable development of adult schools. There are important theoretical and practical significance. Here we publish some of the core results of this study to dinner readers.
