【摘要】:特殊教育教材和小語種教材在近年的發(fā)展中遇到一些問題。這些問題的產(chǎn)生與中小學教材管理體制改革和文化體制改革沒有充分顧及特殊教育教材和小語種教材的特殊性有一定的關系。在對中小學教材管理體制和文化體制進行市場化改革的過程中,政府相關部門應關注這類特殊教材的發(fā)展困境,并通過政策的調(diào)整和制度的建立,保障其穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Some problems have been encountered in the development of special education textbooks and small language textbooks in recent years. These problems and the reform of teaching materials management system and cultural system in primary and secondary schools have not fully taken into account the special education teaching materials and small language teaching materials. In the course of the market-oriented reform of the management system and cultural system of primary and secondary school textbooks, The relevant government departments should pay attention to the difficult situation of the development of this kind of special teaching material, and ensure its stable development through the adjustment of policy and the establishment of system.
