中小學(xué)教師工作特征問(wèn)卷的編制

【摘要】:在文獻(xiàn)分析基礎(chǔ)上,以工作要求-資源模型為理論基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式從工作要求和工作資源兩方面編制中小學(xué)教師工作特征問(wèn)卷。探索性因素分析和驗(yàn)證性因素分析結(jié)果表明,工作要求分問(wèn)卷包含六個(gè)因素:工作負(fù)荷、情緒要求、學(xué)生不良行為、升學(xué)考試壓力、角色壓力和職業(yè)道德要求;工作資源分問(wèn)卷也包含六個(gè)因素:組織支持、同事支持、硬件條件、自主控制、工作意義和工作回報(bào)。問(wèn)卷的信效度指標(biāo)良好,可以作為我國(guó)中小學(xué)教師工作特征的測(cè)量工具。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature analysis, based on the model of job requirements and resources, a questionnaire on the work characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers was compiled through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires from the aspects of job requirements and working resources. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis show that the job requirement is divided into six factors: workload, emotional requirements, students' bad behavior, entrance examination pressure, role pressure and professional ethics requirements; The work resources questionnaire also contains six factors: organizational support, colleague support, hardware conditions, autonomy, job meaning and work reward. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good and can be used as a tool for measuring the working characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers in China.
