喚醒基層教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力提升的內(nèi)在力量——以中西部基層教師教育信息化草根共同體為例

【摘要】:如何使教師由被動接受培訓(xùn)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹鲃訉W(xué)習(xí)探索,提升教師的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力,形成主動應(yīng)用的機(jī)制,是當(dāng)前教育信息化發(fā)展和教師信息技術(shù)培訓(xùn)面臨的關(guān)鍵問題。柳州課件中心組,作為一個地處我國中西部地區(qū)的教育信息化草根共同體,不僅基層教師在參與中獲得發(fā)展,更以民間骨干教師團(tuán)隊(duì)為主體,推動了區(qū)域教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的提升。組織結(jié)構(gòu)的半開放性、強(qiáng)烈的主體性、成員的差異性、活動參與的自發(fā)性、專業(yè)成長的可見性、思想方法的輻射性是該共同體的突出特征。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),其成長與發(fā)展與以下幾方面密切相關(guān):立足基層教師,建立民主的交流平臺和平等的對話機(jī)制;關(guān)注基層需求,采用靈活的內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)與流動彈性的活動組織方式;基于共同愿景,良好的共享文化保證了活動的持續(xù)開展;依賴去中心化,以多層次的參與方式實(shí)現(xiàn)自我效能的提升;藉由技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,以多重交流持續(xù)構(gòu)建情感依賴型精神家園。該研究對于喚醒基層教師的內(nèi)在力量,主動提升信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:How to change teachers from passive training to active learning, improve teachers' ability to apply information technology and form a mechanism of active application are the key problems in the development of education information and teachers' information technology training. The Liuzhou Courseware Center Group, as a grass-roots community of educational informatization in the central and western regions of China, not only develops in the participation of grass-roots teachers, but also takes the civil backbone teachers team as the main body. It promotes the regional teachers' ability to apply information technology. The prominent features of the community are the semi-openness of the organization structure, the strong subjectivity, the difference of the members, the spontaneity of the activity participation, the visibility of the professional growth and the radiance of the thought method. Through the research, it is found that its growth and development are closely related to the following aspects: establishing democratic communication platform and equal dialogue mechanism based on grass-roots teachers, paying attention to grass-roots needs, adopting flexible content design and flexible activity organization mode; Based on the common vision, a good shared culture ensures the sustained development of activities; relying on decentralization, multi-level participation to achieve self-efficacy enhancement; through technical advantages, multi-level exchanges to build a continuous emotional dependent spiritual home. This research has certain reference significance for arousing the inner strength of basic level teachers and actively promoting the ability of applying information technology.
