大學(xué)新生心理應(yīng)激的識(shí)別與干預(yù)研究——以廣西某理工科高校為例

【摘要】:了解大學(xué)新生常見(jiàn)不良應(yīng)激事件對(duì)于預(yù)防和早期干預(yù)大學(xué)新生身心健康具有重要意義。本研究利用青少年生活事件量表、特質(zhì)應(yīng)對(duì)方式、心理癥狀量表對(duì)420名大學(xué)新生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并以積極心理學(xué)思想為指導(dǎo),將知識(shí)講座、課堂講授、團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練等多種方法手段結(jié)合,進(jìn)行為期一年的心理干預(yù),干預(yù)后發(fā)現(xiàn)特質(zhì)應(yīng)對(duì)方式中的消極應(yīng)對(duì)(NC)的分值在降低,積極應(yīng)對(duì)(PC)的分值在升高,前后測(cè)的得分存在顯著差異;在心理癥狀量表SCL-90中人際關(guān)系敏感、焦慮、偏執(zhí)、精神病性四個(gè)因子上的得分存在顯著差異;心理健康各因子及總分與消極應(yīng)對(duì)(NC)分之間均呈正相關(guān),與積極應(yīng)對(duì)(PC)分之間均呈負(fù)相關(guān)。心理干預(yù)有助于提高大學(xué)新生積極應(yīng)對(duì)事件能力和心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:It is important to understand the common adverse stress events for the prevention and early intervention of freshmen's physical and mental health. In this study, 420 freshmen were investigated by using the Youth Life event scale, trait coping style, and Psychological symptom scale. Under the guidance of positive psychology, knowledge was taught in class. Group training and other methods were combined to conduct psychological intervention for one year. After intervention, it was found that the score of negative coping (NCC) in trait coping style was decreasing, the score of positive coping (PC) was increasing, and there were significant differences in scores before and after the intervention. There were significant differences in interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychosis in mental symptom scale (SCL-90), and there was a positive correlation between mental health factors and negative coping scores. There was a negative correlation between PC score and positive coping score. Psychological intervention is helpful to improve freshmen's ability to deal with events and their mental health.
