【摘要】:目的 本研究擬通過了解廊坊市大學(xué)生教養(yǎng)方式、社會(huì)支持與大學(xué)生心理健康的現(xiàn)況,從父母教養(yǎng)方式和社會(huì)支持兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,初步了解大學(xué)生教養(yǎng)方式、社會(huì)支持和心理健康的狀況,分析大學(xué)生教養(yǎng)方式和社會(huì)支持對(duì)廊坊市大學(xué)生心理健康的影響,努力探索大學(xué)生心理健康教育的新途徑、新模式,結(jié)合當(dāng)今社會(huì)時(shí)代的變化對(duì)大學(xué)生心理的影響,做到對(duì)癥下藥、有的放矢,學(xué)生的思想教育工作才能收到應(yīng)有的效果。 方法 本研究在廣泛的文獻(xiàn)研究基礎(chǔ)上,采用了適合大學(xué)生的教養(yǎng)方式量表、社會(huì)支持量表、SCL-90對(duì)大學(xué)生的心理健康進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,采用Epidata3.0建庫錄入,運(yùn)用SPSS21.0對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,采用獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn),,單因素方差分析、相關(guān)分析和多元回歸分析,探討了大學(xué)生教養(yǎng)方式、社會(huì)支持與心理健康的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果 1.該研究對(duì)象的心理健康處于較高水平,SCL—90得分在軀體化、敵對(duì)性、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系、恐怖、偏執(zhí)、抑郁、精神病性、焦慮九項(xiàng)因子得分均高于全國(guó)成人常模; 2.不同特征大學(xué)生的心理健康在性別、年級(jí)、月生活費(fèi)、是否是獨(dú)生子女上差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05); 3.不同特征大學(xué)生的教養(yǎng)方式在年級(jí)、家庭居住地、月生活費(fèi)、是否是獨(dú)生子女、父母是否離異、父母文化程度、父母職業(yè)上差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05); 4.不同特征大學(xué)生的社會(huì)支持在年級(jí)、月生活費(fèi)上差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05); 5.社會(huì)支持各維度(客觀支持、主觀支持、支持利用度)及社會(huì)支持總分與心理健康各因子呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān);父母教養(yǎng)方式與心理健康的各因子及心理健康的總均分都存在顯著相關(guān); 6.教養(yǎng)方式與社會(huì)支持各維度對(duì)心理健康均有顯著預(yù)測(cè)作用。 結(jié)論 大學(xué)生心理健康狀況低于全國(guó)平均水平;不同人口學(xué)特征的大學(xué)生在心理健康、教養(yǎng)方式、社會(huì)支持上存在差異;教養(yǎng)方式、社會(huì)支持與心理健康均呈負(fù)相關(guān);教養(yǎng)方式與社會(huì)支持各維度對(duì)心理健康均有預(yù)測(cè)作用。
[Abstract]:Purpose This study aims to understand the upbringing style, social support and mental health of college students in Langfang City, and to study the parenting style and social support of college students from two aspects: parents' rearing style and social support. Social support and mental health, analyzing the influence of college students' upbringing and social support on the mental health of college students in Langfang City, trying to explore new ways and new models of psychological health education for college students. According to the influence of the change of the present society on the college students' psychology, the ideological education of the students can get the due effect. Method On the basis of extensive literature research, this study adopts the appropriate rearing style scale for college students, the social support scale and SCL-90 to investigate the mental health of college students, and uses Epidata3.0 to build a database for the students' mental health. Using SPSS21.0 to analyze the survey data, using independent sample t test, single factor variance analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, this paper discusses the relationship between college students' upbringing style, social support and mental health. Result 1. The scores of SCL-90 in somatization, hostility, obsessive symptoms, interpersonal relationships, phobia, paranoid ideation, depression, psychosis and anxiety were all higher than the national adult norm. 2. The difference of mental health of college students with different characteristics in gender, grade, monthly living expenses, is the only child has statistical significance (P 0.05); 3. Different characteristics of college students in grade, family residence, monthly living expenses, whether the only child, whether parents divorced, parents' education level, parents' professional differences were statistically significant. 4. The social support of college students with different characteristics was significantly different in grade and monthly living expenses (P 0.05). 5. The dimensions of social support (objective support, subjective support, degree of support utilization) and the total score of social support were negatively correlated with the factors of mental health. The parental rearing style was significantly related to the factors of mental health and the total mean score of mental health. 6. All dimensions of upbringing and social support had significant predictive effects on mental health. Conclusion The mental health status of college students is lower than the national average, there are differences in mental health, upbringing style and social support among different demographic characteristics of college students, and negative correlation exists between upbringing style, social support and mental health. All dimensions of upbringing and social support have predictive effects on mental health.
