【摘要】:正教育家的成長(zhǎng)是一個(gè)孤立現(xiàn)象,還是有跡可循?在通往教育家的道路上,有哪些關(guān)鍵事件?究竟什么樣的教育文化生態(tài),才有益于教育家的產(chǎn)生?面對(duì)"教育家辦學(xué)"的時(shí)代呼喚,這些命題的探究顯得尤為迫切。作為教育文化大省的江蘇,近現(xiàn)代以來曾經(jīng)教育家輩出,至今仍有一大批名家、名師活躍在全國(guó)教壇,表現(xiàn)出鮮明的地緣特征和教育風(fēng)格;谶@樣的文化淵源,著眼于教師素養(yǎng)的整體提升,5年前,江蘇省敢為人先,啟動(dòng)了"人民教育家培養(yǎng)工程",遴選有潛質(zhì)的中小學(xué)教師和校長(zhǎng),以專家引領(lǐng)、自主研修、國(guó)內(nèi)
