【摘要】:問題本位校長專業(yè)發(fā)展模式秉承向問題靠攏、朝實(shí)際貼近的理念,賦予了校長專業(yè)發(fā)展新的理路,其實(shí)質(zhì)是以校長實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),在與問題對話過程中進(jìn)行自我建構(gòu),是校長將知、情、意、行結(jié)合于一身的意義探索過程。問題本位的校長專業(yè)發(fā)展模式蘊(yùn)含著發(fā)展的問題指向性、自我導(dǎo)向性、協(xié)作共生性和情境統(tǒng)整性等價(jià)值特性,通過問題呈現(xiàn)、合作探究和反思評價(jià)等實(shí)踐運(yùn)作來促進(jìn)校長專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The professional development mode of the principal based on question is based on the concept of getting closer to the problem and approaching the reality, which gives the principal a new way of professional development. The essence of the model is to construct himself in the process of dialogue with the problem based on the practice of the principal. It is a process of meaning exploration in which the principal will combine knowledge, emotion, meaning and action. The professional development model of the principal based on question contains the value characteristics of development, such as problem orientation, self-direction, cooperation and symbiosis, and situational integration, etc. To promote the principal's professional development through practical operation such as problem presentation, cooperative exploration and reflective evaluation.
