【摘要】:正教育部6月12日發(fā)布關(guān)于改進評審評估評價和檢查工作的若干意見指出,今后教育部將大力精簡項目評審、教育評估、人才評價等"三評"工作,推動簡政放權(quán)和轉(zhuǎn)變職能。意見提出,教育部將切實解決評審多、評估多、檢查多等地方和學(xué)校反映強烈的突出問題,有效發(fā)揮評審、評估、評價和檢查工作在促進教育資源合理配置、提高教育質(zhì)量等方面的積極作用。意見指出,"三評"工作應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)學(xué)校教學(xué)科研工作實際合理安排時間,要避免對學(xué)校正常的教學(xué)科研秩
