【摘要】:積極心理學(xué)和組織行為學(xué)的長足發(fā)展促進(jìn)了心理資本及其相關(guān)理論的誕生和應(yīng)用,心理資本因?yàn)殛P(guān)注人的積極心理素質(zhì)和潛能,所以受到的關(guān)注越來越多。過往關(guān)于心理資本的研究多集中在組織層面,而兒童作為未來發(fā)展的主力軍,更應(yīng)該受到高度關(guān)注。 本研究首次以貴州少數(shù)民族地區(qū)以及上海地區(qū)兒童和青少年(小學(xué)、初中、高中)為研究對(duì)象,采用問卷對(duì)9所學(xué)校、2177名兒童的心理資本進(jìn)行了較為全面和深入的調(diào)查,使用SPSS21.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析并探析了該兩地兒童心理資本的現(xiàn)狀以及差異,并且據(jù)此提出了兒童心理資本建設(shè)的對(duì)策與建議。 結(jié)果顯示: 1.總體來看,貴州省少數(shù)民族地區(qū)各民族兒童的心理資本與上海地區(qū)漢族兒童的心理資本不存在顯著性差異。但從具體的6個(gè)維度上來看,除了自信和樂觀,在感恩、愿景、合作、韌性等方面兩地兒童存在顯著性差異。貴陽地區(qū)和上海地區(qū)兩地兒童心理資本并不存在顯著性差異,愿景、韌性、自信和樂觀上存在顯著性優(yōu)勢;在感恩和合作兩個(gè)維度上,兩地兒童不存在顯著性差異。 2.總體來看,少數(shù)民族兒童與漢族兒童心理資本不存在顯著性差異。但從具體的6各維度來看,在自信維度上不存在顯著性差異,而余下的感恩、愿景、合作、樂觀、韌性5個(gè)維度則存在顯著性差異; 3.總體來看,女性心理資本優(yōu)于男性。女性在愿景維度與男性存在顯著性差異;在感恩、合作、樂觀、韌性、自信這5個(gè)維度上不存在顯著性差異: 4.初中兒童的心理資本總體狀態(tài)優(yōu)于小學(xué)和高中。從具體的6各維度來看,在樂觀和韌性兩個(gè)維度上不存在顯著性差異,而在其余的4的愿景、感恩、合作自信維度上存在顯著性差異。 本研究嘗試將心理資本理論擴(kuò)展到兒童群體,探索兒童心理資本的地域差異、民族差異、性別差異以及發(fā)展差異,取得了初步結(jié)果,希望能對(duì)家庭、學(xué)校、社區(qū)的兒童心理資本的研究和開發(fā)產(chǎn)生一點(diǎn)啟迪作用和推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of positive psychology and organizational behavior has promoted the birth and application of psychological capital and its related theories. Psychological capital is concerned about people's positive psychological quality and potential. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to it. Previous studies on psychological capital have focused on the organizational level, and children, as the main force of future development, should be highly concerned. For the first time, children and adolescents (primary, junior high, senior middle school) in Guizhou minority areas and Shanghai were selected as the subjects of this study, and 9 schools were investigated by questionnaire. The psychological capital of 2177 children was investigated in a comprehensive and in-depth way. The data of 2177 children were analyzed by using SPSS21.0 software, and the present situation and difference of psychological capital of children in the two places were analyzed. Based on this, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of children's psychological capital construction. The results show that: 1. As a whole, there is no significant difference between the psychological capital of the minority nationality children in Guizhou province and that of the Han nationality children in Shanghai, but from the specific six dimensions. In addition to self-confidence and optimism, there are significant differences in gratitude, vision, cooperation, resilience and so on. There is no significant difference in children's psychological capital between Guiyang and Shanghai. There are significant advantages in self-confidence and optimism; There is no significant difference between the two dimensions of gratitude and cooperation. 2. Overall, there is no significant difference in psychological capital between minority children and Han children, but from the specific six dimensions, there is no significant difference in self-confidence, while the remaining gratitude, vision. There were significant differences among the five dimensions of cooperation, optimism and toughness. 3. Overall, female psychological capital is superior to male. There is significant difference between female and male in the dimension of vision, but there is no significant difference in five dimensions of gratitude, cooperation, optimism, resilience and self-confidence. 4. The overall state of mental capital of junior middle school children is better than that of primary school and high school. From the specific six dimensions, there is no significant difference in the two dimensions of optimism and resilience, but in the other four vision, Thanksgiving. There are significant differences in the dimension of cooperative confidence. This study attempts to extend the theory of psychological capital to children, and explores the regional differences, ethnic differences, gender differences and development differences of children's psychological capital. The research and development of the children's psychological capital in the community has some enlightening effect and impelling effect.
