【摘要】：自尊是人的重要心理特質之一,是個體對其社會角色進行自我評價的結果。它表達了一種肯定或否定的態(tài)度,表明個體在多大程度上相信自己是有能力的、重要的、成功的和有價值的。在人的終身發(fā)展中,自尊作為一個重要的人格變量,影響著我們的情緒、動機、能力和行為。自尊水平高的個體,更愿意開放自己、更能夠坦誠地與人交流并獲得他人的尊重和信任,從而建立起健康有益的關系。在人際交往中,一個人如果能在“或合作或競爭”的不確定條件下,感受到對方能履行自己所托付的義務和責任的保障感,那么,他的人際信任水平就高。 現(xiàn)在,一個人的自尊水平和人際信任水平已然成為衡量一個人心理健康和社會交往健康的程度的重要指標。作為社會特殊群體之一的孤殘兒童,他們的心理健康水平和社會適應能力低于正常兒童。 本研究主要探討孤殘兒童的自尊水平和人際信任水平,并通過團體輔導的形式,來幫助這個最脆弱、最需要關愛的社會群體。研究選取了上海市兒童福利院的20名孩子,將其隨機分為實驗組和對照組,采用單因素完全隨機試驗設計,對實驗組被試進行團體輔導干預,考察了團體輔導對孤殘兒童自尊與人際信任的干預效果。 本研究結論如下： (1)通過團體輔導,孤殘兒童的自尊水平得到提升。 (2)通過團體輔導,孤殘兒童的人際信任水平得到改善。 (3)在團體輔導的過程中,個體的自尊和人際信任可以相互影響,二者存在正相關。
[Abstract]:Self-esteem is one of the important psychological characteristics of human being and the result of individual self-evaluation of their social role. It expresses a positive or negative attitude and shows the extent to which individuals believe that they are capable. Important, successful, and valuable. Self-esteem, as an important personality variable, affects our emotions, motivations, abilities and behaviors, and individuals with a high level of self-esteem in their lifetime development. Be more willing to open yourself up and be able to communicate honestly and gain the respect and trust of others to build healthy and beneficial relationships. If a person can feel the guarantee that the other party can fulfill the duties and responsibilities entrusted to him under the uncertain condition of "or cooperation or competition", then his interpersonal trust level is high. At present, the level of self-esteem and interpersonal trust has become an important indicator of a person's mental health and social health. As one of the special social groups, the disabled children. Their mental health and social adaptability were lower than those of normal children. This study focuses on the level of self-esteem and interpersonal trust of disabled children, and through the form of group counseling to help this most vulnerable. The study selected 20 children from Shanghai Children's Welfare Institute and divided them into experimental group and control group randomly. The intervention effect of group counseling on self-esteem and interpersonal trust of disabled children was investigated. The conclusions of this study are as follows: Through group counseling, the self-esteem level of disabled children was improved. 2) through group counseling, the interpersonal trust level of disabled children was improved. 3) Self-esteem and interpersonal trust can affect each other in the process of group counseling, and there is a positive correlation between them.
