【摘要】：在新課程背景下,教學(xué)控制應(yīng)有新的、合理的定位。教學(xué)控制是教師為了保證教學(xué)活動有序、有效進(jìn)行而對教學(xué)各因素進(jìn)行的最低限度的把控。與教學(xué)管理相比,教學(xué)控制是一種邊界控制(或底線控制),是一種剛性調(diào)節(jié),是教學(xué)的必然訴求。在教學(xué)中,教學(xué)控制之所以必要,是由學(xué)生發(fā)展的不自覺性和多向性、教學(xué)的系統(tǒng)特性、教學(xué)的目的性和計(jì)劃性以及學(xué)生的社會化需求和教學(xué)的群體性等特征決定的。但是,教學(xué)控制也需要把握好一定的限度,防止對教學(xué)和學(xué)生產(chǎn)生不良影響。教師運(yùn)用教學(xué)控制,應(yīng)注意教學(xué)控制不能成為教學(xué)的目的,不超越教學(xué)事件的范圍,不限制學(xué)生的主體性,不阻斷教學(xué)進(jìn)程,不被學(xué)生明顯感知,更不能對學(xué)生造成身心傷害。
[Abstract]:In the context of the new curriculum, teaching control should be new and reasonable positioning. Teaching control is the minimum control of teaching factors in order to ensure the orderly and effective teaching activities. Compared with teaching management, teaching control is a kind of boundary control (or bottom line control), a kind of rigid regulation, and an inevitable demand of teaching. In teaching, the reason why teaching control is necessary is determined by the unconsciousness and multidirectivity of students' development, the systematic characteristics of teaching, the purpose and plan of teaching, the socialized needs of students and the group of teaching. However, teaching control also needs to grasp certain limits to prevent adverse effects on teaching and students. In the use of teaching control, teachers should pay attention to the fact that teaching control cannot become the purpose of teaching, does not exceed the scope of teaching events, does not limit the subjectivity of students, does not block the teaching process, is not perceived by students obviously, and does not cause physical and mental harm to students.
