教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)論要

【摘要】:教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的新發(fā)展,是教師通過領(lǐng)導(dǎo)途徑實現(xiàn)教師發(fā)展的一種有效方式,具有賦權(quán)增能、合作互動、教師專業(yè)化等特征。推進教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo),需要學(xué)校用理念來指導(dǎo)、機制來保障、文化來引領(lǐng),充分發(fā)揮教師的主體性。
[Abstract]:Teacher leadership is a new development of educational leadership. It is an effective way for teachers to achieve teacher development through leadership. It has the characteristics of empowerment, cooperation and interaction, teacher specialization and so on. To promote teachers' leadership, it is necessary for schools to use ideas to guide, mechanism to guarantee, culture to lead, and to give full play to teachers' subjectivity.
