【摘要】：本研究的目的,在于探討大學(xué)生的共情能力與人際交往之間的關(guān)系。其方法是從南京三所高校中共抽取近900名大學(xué)生測試進行問卷調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果表明:大學(xué)生共情能力與人際交往能力、人際敏感度和人際歸因風(fēng)格有著極其顯著的相關(guān)。共情能力與其人際交往能力呈現(xiàn)出正相關(guān),并存在線性回歸的關(guān)系。共情能力與其人際敏感度呈及其顯著的負相關(guān)。共情能力越高,人際交往中所體驗到的焦慮與緊張就越少。共情能力與其人際歸因風(fēng)格中的內(nèi)歸因風(fēng)格呈顯著的正相關(guān),共情能力越高,歸因風(fēng)格越傾向于自己的努力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between college students' empathy ability and interpersonal communication. The method is to collect nearly 900 college students from three colleges and universities in Nanjing for questionnaire investigation. The results show that the empathy ability of college students is significantly related to interpersonal communication ability, interpersonal sensitivity and interpersonal attribution style. Empathy has a positive correlation with interpersonal skills, and there is a linear regression relationship. There was a significant negative correlation between empathy and interpersonal sensitivity. The higher the empathy ability, the less anxiety and tension experienced in interpersonal communication. Empathy is positively related to internal attribution style in interpersonal attribution style. The higher the empathy ability, the more inclined attribution style is to their own efforts.
