山西省煤炭類高職學(xué)生心理健康現(xiàn)況調(diào)查及影響因素研究

【摘要】:目的:通過對高職學(xué)生心理健康的調(diào)查,了解高職學(xué)生心理健康的現(xiàn)狀,分析心理健康的影響因素,并就分析結(jié)論對我省高職學(xué)生心理健康教育提出相對性的建議,促進(jìn)高職學(xué)校心理教育工作的開展。 對象:以山西省某煤炭類高職2009級新生為調(diào)查對象,其中男生1572名,女生436名。 方法:采取現(xiàn)況調(diào)查,用SCL-90、UPI、EPQ和大學(xué)生家庭情況調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行測試。以SCL-90、UPI雙陽性判定為“病例”,進(jìn)行病例對照研究,就人格因素和家庭環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行差異分析。對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)使用χ2檢驗(yàn)、秩和檢驗(yàn)、回歸分析和交互作用進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果:有3.55%的學(xué)生存在心理異常。對這部分學(xué)生人格因素和家庭環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行分析表明,心理健康受到內(nèi)外向OR值為0.595(0.418,0.848)、精神質(zhì)OR值為0.536(0.329,0.874)和神經(jīng)質(zhì)人格OR值為0.602(0.368,0.986)(以及是否喜歡本專業(yè)OR值為1.714(1.048,2.802)、母親受教育水平OR值為0.641(0.496,0.830)、父母對子女教育意見一致性O(shè)R值為1.592(1.195,2.122)、是否經(jīng)常和父母談心OR值為1.327(1.029,1.712)等家庭因素的影響。 結(jié)論:與國內(nèi)其他高職學(xué)生相比,山西某煤炭類高職學(xué)生心理健康相對較好,這可能與我省支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)和地理位置有關(guān)。但高職學(xué)生心理健康狀況依然不容樂觀,心理健康問題已經(jīng)成為學(xué)校教育工作不不可回避的問題。針對人格和家庭因素的影響,建議如下:通過篩查建立問題學(xué)生檔案;開設(shè)心理健康課程及相關(guān)講座;開展豐富多彩的校園文化活動(dòng);提高教師的整體水平;發(fā)揮大學(xué)生的主體作用;加強(qiáng)心理健康知識(shí)宣傳;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生興趣愛好,加強(qiáng)對專業(yè)的了解;提高全民文化水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health of vocational college students, understand the present situation of their mental health, analyze the influencing factors of mental health, and put forward some relative suggestions on the psychological health education of vocational college students in our province. To promote the development of psychological education in higher vocational schools. Participants: 1572 male students and 436 female students were enrolled in this study. Methods: SCL-90,UPI,EPQ and college students' family status questionnaire were used to test the status quo. A case control study was carried out to analyze the difference between personality factors and family environmental factors. 蠂 2 test, rank sum test, regression analysis and interaction were used to analyze the data. Results: 3.55% of the students had psychological abnormality. Conclusion: compared with other higher vocational students in China, the mental health of some coal vocational students in Shanxi Province is relatively good, which may be related to the pillar industry and geographical location of our province. However, the state of mental health of higher vocational students is still not optimistic, and the problem of mental health has become an unavoidable problem in school education. In view of the influence of personality and family factors, the following suggestions are made: establishing problem student files through screening; offering mental health courses and related lectures; carrying out colorful campus cultural activities; improving the overall level of teachers; Give play to the main role of college students; strengthen the propaganda of mental health knowledge; cultivate students' interests and hobbies, strengthen the understanding of the major; improve the level of national education.
