【摘要】：目前,我國大學(xué)生處于亞健康狀態(tài)的人數(shù)逐年增多,主要特征表現(xiàn)為:其一,心理水平退化;其二,體質(zhì)明顯下降;其三,社會(huì)交往封閉。大學(xué)生亞健康現(xiàn)象已相當(dāng)嚴(yán)重,對(duì)此必須盡快采取干預(yù)對(duì)策。文章指出對(duì)大學(xué)生亞健康干預(yù)主要應(yīng)對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行心理、生活和運(yùn)動(dòng)的調(diào)理,特別強(qiáng)調(diào)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the number of college students in the state of sub-health is increasing year by year, the main characteristics are as follows: first, the psychological level is degraded; secondly, the physique is obviously decreased; third, the social interaction is closed. The phenomenon of sub-health of college students has been quite serious, and intervention measures must be taken as soon as possible. The article points out that the intervention on sub-health of college students should mainly regulate their psychology, life and movement, especially emphasizing the role of sports.
