【摘要】：以福州大學(xué)為例,分析了高校進口設(shè)備采購流程及全過程管理,對于進口設(shè)備采購過程的效率問題、進口設(shè)備質(zhì)量和售后服務(wù)問題、設(shè)備使用管理問題,提出解決方法和應(yīng)注意的事項,使高校的進口設(shè)備采購流程更合理,進口設(shè)備管理更規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:Taking Fuzhou University as an example, this paper analyzes the purchasing process and the whole process management of the imported equipment in colleges and universities, the efficiency of the purchasing process of the imported equipment, the quality and after-sales service of the imported equipment, and the management of the use of the equipment. The solutions and matters needing attention are put forward to make the purchasing process of imported equipment more reasonable and the management of imported equipment more standardized.
