延安市學(xué)生心理健康狀況評估分析

【摘要】:目的了解延安市學(xué)生心理健康狀況,為將來的心理干預(yù)提供參考。方法分層抽取延安大學(xué)及延安市某重點中學(xué)學(xué)生為調(diào)查對象,對學(xué)生進(jìn)行SCL-90量表、焦慮自評量表、抑郁自評量表心理評估。結(jié)果 SCL-90結(jié)果:中學(xué)生各因子均分在1.75~2.20,大學(xué)生各因子均分在1.42~1.95,均高于全國青年常模,中學(xué)生各因子得分均高于大學(xué)生(P㩳0.0005)。中學(xué)生各因子≥2的檢出率在61.58%~32.62%,大學(xué)生在40.02%~18.87%,中學(xué)生中≥3檢出率合計55.93%,大學(xué)生合計31.30%;焦慮自評結(jié)果:中學(xué)生均分是(35.42±4.35)分,大學(xué)生(32.34±3.72)分,醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)生(32.97±4.35)分,輕度焦慮在不同教育層次中差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05);抑郁自評結(jié)果:中學(xué)生均分(39.61±5.55)分,大學(xué)生(36.78±4.90)分,醫(yī)學(xué)生(38.36±4.28)分,輕度抑郁在不同教育層次有差異。結(jié)論延安市學(xué)生的心理健康水平普遍較低,尤其是中學(xué)生,學(xué)校是促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康和諧發(fā)展的主要場所。
