【摘要】：學(xué)校變革動(dòng)力是指引起或推動(dòng)學(xué)校變革的某種力量或力量的集合。實(shí)踐中,學(xué)校變革動(dòng)力的形成需要具備一定的基礎(chǔ),即學(xué)校內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化、學(xué)校組織自身的缺陷以及組織成員利益的受損、缺失或?qū)娴南蛲热齻�(gè)方面。學(xué)校變革動(dòng)力是一個(gè)復(fù)雜、多維和動(dòng)態(tài)交互作用的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng),由主體動(dòng)力、組織動(dòng)力和環(huán)境動(dòng)力等三維動(dòng)力構(gòu)成。
[Abstract]:The motive force of school change refers to the combination of some forces or forces that cause or promote school change. In practice, the formation of school reform power needs to have a certain basis, that is, the change of the school internal and external environment, the defects of the school organization itself and the damage of the interests of the members of the organization, missing or yearning for the interests of the three aspects. The power of school change is a complex, multidimensional and dynamic system, which is composed of three dimensional dynamics, such as main body power, organization power and environment power.
