【摘要】：目的探討中小學教師心理健康的影響因素,為提高中小學教師心理健康水平提供理論依據。方法采用領悟社會支持、應對方式、自我和諧及癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)對隨機抽取的1148名來自四川省、貴州省和重慶市的中小學教師進行心理測評,運用SPSS13.0對數據進行逐步回歸分析、運用AMOS16.0對數據進行路徑分析。結果逐步回歸的結果顯示領悟社會支持(t=-10.391,P=0.000)、自我和諧(t=11.166,P=0.000)、消極應對(t=5.365,P=0.000)和積極應對(t=-4.300,P=0.000)均進入回歸方程,通過結構方程模型發(fā)現,領悟社會支持影響應對方式、自我和諧和心理健康。結論領悟社會支持、應對方式及自我和諧均影響中小學教師的心理健康,但這3個變量并非單獨作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of mental health of primary and middle school teachers, and to provide theoretical basis for improving the mental health level of primary and secondary school teachers. Methods 1148 randomly selected primary and middle school teachers from Sichuan Province, Guizhou Province and Chongqing were assessed with perceived Social support, coping style, Self-Harmony and symptom Checklist (SCL-90), and the data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 stepwise regression analysis. AMOS16.0 is used to analyze the path of data. Results the results of stepwise regression showed that perceived social support, self-harmony, negative coping and active coping were all entered the regression equation. Through the structural equation model, we found that social support influenced coping style, self-harmony and mental health. Conclusion perceived social support, coping style and self-harmony all affect the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers, but these three variables do not act alone.
