【摘要】：南京國民政府時(shí)期,陜西省的私立教育得到了前所未有的發(fā)展。南京國民政府成立以后,對私立教育頒布了一系列的法律法規(guī),對私立學(xué)校實(shí)行嚴(yán)格的立案程序,確立私立教育的地位；對私立學(xué)校的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量、辦學(xué)宗旨以及教育內(nèi)容等方面都進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)督和規(guī)范,將私立教育納入整個(gè)教育體系之中。同時(shí)政府大力提倡私立教育的發(fā)展,積極鼓勵(lì)社會力量進(jìn)行捐資助學(xué),興辦學(xué)校,對私立教育的興辦者給與物質(zhì)和榮譽(yù)的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。政府的鼓勵(lì)和提倡提高了社會各界辦學(xué)的積極性,使得私立教育無論是在教育質(zhì)量或辦學(xué)數(shù)量上都得到很大的發(fā)展。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分對國民時(shí)期陜西省私立教育的發(fā)展過程和主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述：第一部分介紹了陜西省近代私立教育的發(fā)展概況。首先,簡單的回顧了古代陜西私立教育的發(fā)展。其次,對近代陜西省的教育狀況進(jìn)行的分階段的梳理。第二部分主要是對國民政府時(shí)期,陜西私立教育發(fā)展原因的總結(jié)。這一段從政府對私立學(xué)校的管理,社會辦學(xué)力量的增加以及抗日戰(zhàn)爭這一特殊歷史時(shí)期對陜西省私立教育的影響三方面進(jìn)行論述。第三部分介紹了陜西近代私立學(xué)校的辦學(xué)機(jī)制。這一部分也是從三方面進(jìn)行闡述,首先,介紹了私立學(xué)校的管理機(jī)制；其次,介紹了私立學(xué)校的經(jīng)費(fèi)問題；最后,描述了私立學(xué)校的師資力量。第四部分是對私立學(xué)校的教育內(nèi)容進(jìn)行介紹。由辦學(xué)理念、課程設(shè)置、教材的選用和方法三小節(jié)組成。第五部分是對近代教育的陜西發(fā)展的影響做的總結(jié),通過對近代陜西私立教育的評價(jià),得出對現(xiàn)代教育的啟示。在當(dāng)代陜西省作為民辦教育大省,在當(dāng)代民辦教育史上占有極其重要的地位,書寫了重要的一筆。隨著教育改革的不斷深化,通過對南京國民政府時(shí)期私立教育的研究,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)其利弊得失,一方面吸取其寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)加以利用,本文旨在通過對近代陜西省私立教育的發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)的研究,從而對陜西省當(dāng)代民辦教育的發(fā)展提供借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:During the period of Nanjing National Government, private education in Shaanxi Province was developed unprecedented. Since the establishment of the Nanjing National Government, a series of laws and regulations have been promulgated on private education, strict filing procedures have been applied to private schools, and the status of private education has been established. The aim and content of education are strictly supervised and regulated, and private education is brought into the whole education system. At the same time, the government strongly advocated the development of private education, actively encouraged the social forces to donate funds to help students, set up schools, and give material and honorary rewards to the private education founders. The encouragement and promotion of the government has improved the enthusiasm of all walks of life and made the private education develop greatly both in the quality of education and in the quantity of running schools. This paper is divided into five parts to elaborate the development process and main contents of private education in Shaanxi province during the national period: the first part introduces the general situation of the development of private education in Shaanxi Province in modern times. First of all, a brief review of the development of private education in ancient Shaanxi. Secondly, the education situation of modern Shaanxi Province is sorted out in stages. The second part is a summary of the reasons for the development of private education in Shaanxi during the period of the National Government. This section discusses from three aspects: the government's management of private schools, the increase of social power in running schools and the influence of the War of Resistance against Japan on private education in Shaanxi Province. The third part introduces the running mechanism of Shaanxi modern private schools. This part is also elaborated from three aspects: firstly, it introduces the management mechanism of private schools; secondly, it introduces the funding of private schools; finally, it describes the teachers of private schools. The fourth part introduces the educational content of private schools. It consists of three sections: the idea of running a school, the course setting, the selection of teaching material and the method. The fifth part is a summary of the development of modern education in Shaanxi, through the evaluation of private education in modern Shaanxi, the enlightenment to modern education is obtained. As a large province of private education, Shaanxi Province occupies an extremely important position in the history of contemporary private education and has written an important stroke. With the deepening of education reform, through the study of private education in the period of Nanjing National Government, the pros and cons were found out, and on the one hand, the valuable experience was drawn to be used. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and inspiration for the development of private education in Shaanxi Province through the study of the experiences and lessons of the development of private education in modern Shaanxi Province.
