論師生交往異化及回歸

【摘要】:師生交往是構(gòu)成學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的重要方式之一,師生交往的優(yōu)劣對(duì)教學(xué)、教育及學(xué)生的發(fā)展有著直接的影響。目前師生間交往出現(xiàn)了一些新的問題,具體表現(xiàn)在老師就是老板,師生交往嚴(yán)重缺失,師生關(guān)系冷漠,師生交往工具性等交往異化的現(xiàn)象。這些問題對(duì)學(xué)生、教師、學(xué)校都有負(fù)面影響。在這樣的背景下,必須探索出影響師生正常交往的原因,并在分析其原因的基礎(chǔ)上,找到能夠優(yōu)化師生交往的具體措施,從而改變師生交往的現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建良好的師生交往。本文的緒論部分從自身周邊環(huán)境和師生交往現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)闡述此課題的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了此選題的理論意義。查閱文獻(xiàn)、資料,總結(jié)出該課題的國(guó)內(nèi)及國(guó)外研究現(xiàn)狀,最后交代了該課題的研究思路和方法。 全文的研究框架共分為六個(gè)部分: 第一部分:對(duì)交往、師生交往、從不同的角度進(jìn)行界定。 第二部分:回顧相關(guān)交往理論淵源,重點(diǎn)介紹了孔子、哈貝馬斯和馬克思的交往理論,提出了對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧的師生交往的理論啟示,為文章奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分:對(duì)異化,師生交往異化的含義進(jìn)行厘定,著重分析目前師生交往異化的現(xiàn)狀。在異化現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出師生交往異化的特征。 第四部分:從教育觀念、教育制度、交往偏離及作為主體的教師、學(xué)生等總結(jié)出影響師生交往異化的原因。 第五部分:從交往的本質(zhì)屬性出發(fā),探索師生交往應(yīng)該是地位平等、相互溝通的主體間關(guān)系,,只有師生交往回到原有的本真狀態(tài),異化現(xiàn)象才會(huì)消除。 第六部分:在前文基礎(chǔ)上文章的最后提出了構(gòu)建和諧師生交往的具體途徑,同時(shí)需要教師、學(xué)生及學(xué)校的共同努力。
[Abstract]:Communication between teachers and students is one of the important ways to form students' learning and life. The advantages and disadvantages of communication between teachers and students have a direct influence on teaching, education and the development of students. There are some new problems between teachers and students at present, which are manifested in the teacher is the boss, the teachers and students have a serious lack of communication, the relationship between teachers and students is indifferent, and the communication tools of teachers and students are interrelated. The phenomenon of alienation has a negative impact on the students, teachers and schools. In this context, we must explore the reasons for the normal communication between teachers and students, and on the basis of the analysis of the reasons, find out the concrete measures to optimize the communication between teachers and students so as to change the status of teachers and students and build a good communication between teachers and students. On the basis of its own surrounding environment and the current situation of teacher-student communication, this paper expounds the practical significance of this topic, and summarizes the theoretical significance of this topic on this basis. It summarizes the research status of the subject at home and abroad, and finally gives the research ideas and methods of the subject.
The research framework of the full text is divided into six parts:
The first part: the definition of communication, teacher-student interaction, from different angles.
The second part: reviewing the origin of related communication theory, focusing on the communication theory of Confucius, Habermas and Marx, and putting forward the theoretical inspiration for building a harmonious communication between teachers and students, and laying a theoretical foundation for the article.
The third part is to define the alienation of alienation and the alienation of communication between teachers and students, and to analyze the present situation of alienation between teachers and students. On the basis of the analysis of alienation, the characteristics of alienation between teachers and students are summarized.
The fourth part: from the concept of education, education system, communication deviation, as the main body of teachers, students and so on, summed up the reasons affecting the alienation of teacher-student interaction.
The fifth part: from the essential attribute of communication, the exploration of communication between teachers and students should be the relationship between equal status and mutual communication. Only the communication between teachers and students will return to the original true state, and the phenomenon of alienation will be eliminated.
The sixth part: on the basis of the foregoing, the article puts forward the concrete ways to build harmonious teacher-student interaction at the end of the article, and requires the joint efforts of teachers, students and schools.
