【摘要】：作為教師學(xué)習(xí)的同課異構(gòu)是教師實(shí)踐知識(shí)習(xí)得的有效路徑,體現(xiàn)了教師學(xué)習(xí)方式與內(nèi)容變革的必然性。同課異構(gòu)的真實(shí)性、情境性與互動(dòng)性內(nèi)涵及其對(duì)教師學(xué)習(xí)的意義,隨著研究的深入而不斷豐富。然而,同課異構(gòu)的現(xiàn)實(shí)畸變卻影響了其核心精神的實(shí)現(xiàn)和教師學(xué)習(xí)的有效性。為此,我們要構(gòu)建展現(xiàn)教師的不同風(fēng)格、面向教師的差異發(fā)展與構(gòu)建教師學(xué)習(xí)文化的同課異構(gòu),使同課異構(gòu)走向"實(shí)"、"精"、"新"。
[Abstract]:The isomerism of the same lesson, as a teacher's learning, is an effective way for teachers to acquire practical knowledge, which reflects the inevitability of the transformation of teachers' learning methods and contents, the authenticity, situational and interactive connotation of the isomerism of the same lesson and its significance to teachers' learning. However, the reality distortion of the isomerism of the same class affects the realization of its core spirit and the effectiveness of the teacher's learning. The development of teachers' differences and the construction of the isomerism of teachers' learning culture make the isomerism of the same courses move towards "reality", "fine" and "new".
