【摘要】：良好穩(wěn)定的戀愛關(guān)系可以促使個體成長與發(fā)展，并對今后家庭功能的有效發(fā)揮有著極其重要的作用。個體共依附會破壞健康穩(wěn)定的戀愛關(guān)系。共依附源于原生家庭，是在非良性關(guān)系中因體驗到更多的焦慮和不信任而發(fā)展出來的一種適應(yīng)行為，在戀愛關(guān)系中表現(xiàn)為自我迷失，它以迎合、犧牲、對抗與遠離為手段，控制為目的，依賴戀人并滿足自己照顧戀人的需要。 本研究在中文共依附量表的基礎(chǔ)上修訂了戀愛共依附量表以期為戀愛共依附研究提供工具，在蘭州幾所高校采用分層隨機抽樣法抽取大學生共778人進行問卷調(diào)查，了解大學生戀愛關(guān)系中的共依附特點，初步探討了自我概念、人際信任、社交焦慮及大學生戀愛共依附的關(guān)系，旨在分析不同自我概念、人際信任、社交焦慮對大學生戀愛共依附可能造成的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示：修訂的大學生戀愛共依附量表具有較好的信度、效度；戀愛共依附在性別、年級、專業(yè)、家庭來源、是否獨生子女及出生次序均存在顯著差異；自我概念、社交焦慮和人際信任對大學生戀愛共依附有預(yù)測作用；自我概念通過作用于社交焦慮、人際信任影響戀愛共依附。 通過分析討論，本研究得出以下結(jié)論： 1、修訂后的戀愛共依附問卷可以作為研究大學生戀愛共依附心理的有效工具。 2、大學男生較女生更具有滿足他人或控制他人的傾向，且更容易忽略自己的需求，，在成長過程中，更易覺察家庭不愉快事件。 3、大二學生和藝術(shù)體育類大學生最易于以戀愛對象為焦點，忽視自身的需求；城鎮(zhèn)大學生更容易知覺原生家庭中的不良事件和情緒；獨生子女最易于感受原生家庭壓力、放棄自我、出現(xiàn)身心問題。 4、自我概念、社交焦慮和人際信任對戀愛共依附有顯著的預(yù)測作用，其中人際信任對戀愛共依附的預(yù)測力最大。 5、自我概念對戀愛共依附各因子有反向預(yù)測作用，并通過社交焦慮和人際信任對戀愛共依附存在間接預(yù)測作用。
[Abstract]:A good and stable relationship can promote the growth and development of individuals and play an extremely important role in the effective development of family functions in the future. It is a kind of adaptive behavior developed by experiencing more anxiety and distrust in non-benign relationships. It is manifested as self-disorientation in a love relationship. It aims at pandering, sacrificing, antagonizing and keeping away for the purpose of controlling. Depend on your lover and take care of your lover's needs. Based on the Chinese codependency scale, this study revised the love codependency scale in order to provide a tool for the study of love codependency. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 778 college students in Lanzhou by stratified random sampling. To understand the characteristics of co-dependence in college students' love relationship, and to explore the relationship among self-concept, interpersonal trust, social anxiety and college students' love co-dependency, so as to analyze different self-concepts and interpersonal trust. The influence of social anxiety on college students' love codependency. The results show that the revised scale has good reliability and validity, and love codependency is related to sex, grade, specialty, family origin, and so on. There are significant differences in the only child and birth order; self-concept, social anxiety and interpersonal trust have predictive effect on college students' love codependency; Self-concept affects love codependency through social anxiety, interpersonal trust. Through the analysis and discussion, this study draws the following conclusions:. 1. The revised questionnaire can be used as an effective tool to study college students' psychology of love codependency. 2. College boys are more likely to satisfy or control others than female students, and they are more likely to ignore their own needs, and are more likely to detect unhappy family events in the process of growing up. (3) sophomore students and art and sports students are the most likely to focus on the object of love and ignore their own needs; urban college students are more likely to perceive adverse events and emotions in their native family; and only children are most likely to feel the pressure of the original family. Give up self and have physical and mental problems. (4) Self-concept, social anxiety and interpersonal trust have significant predictive effects on love codependency, among which interpersonal trust has the greatest predictive power to love codependency. 5. Self-concept can predict each factor of love codependency in a reverse way, and indirectly predict co-dependence through social anxiety and interpersonal trust.
