中文摘要創(chuàng)新是歷史前進(jìn)的車輪。世界各國(guó)紛紛意識(shí)到創(chuàng)新的重要性并積極推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新。教育創(chuàng)新是社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然與新世紀(jì)的抉擇,是當(dāng)今教育研究及深化教育改革與發(fā)展中的熱點(diǎn)話題之一。創(chuàng)造性人才的培養(yǎng)呼喚創(chuàng)新教育,創(chuàng)新教育呼喚創(chuàng)新型教師和創(chuàng)新音樂(lè)教育,創(chuàng)新音樂(lè)教育呼喚音樂(lè)教育創(chuàng)新的理論與實(shí)踐研究。 面對(duì)世界范圍內(nèi)教育改革的浪潮,我國(guó)各科教學(xué)都在積極推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新,而本身具有創(chuàng)造性的音樂(lè)教育在培養(yǎng)人的創(chuàng)新精神和和實(shí)踐能力方面更有著其他學(xué)科不可替代的特殊作用,所以,研究音樂(lè)教育創(chuàng)新的理論與實(shí)踐問(wèn)題具有劃時(shí)代的意義。 目前音樂(lè)教育創(chuàng)新的理論與實(shí)踐已有初步的研究,,但不夠全面、深入,所以本文就音樂(lè)教育創(chuàng)新的理念、創(chuàng)新型音樂(lè)教師、音樂(lè)教育創(chuàng)新的途徑與方法等理論與實(shí)踐問(wèn)題加以系統(tǒng)研究,并提出音樂(lè)教育創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中的幾點(diǎn)困惑,就教于同仁。另外,本文的第二部分“創(chuàng)新型教師(創(chuàng)新型音樂(lè)教師的素質(zhì)建構(gòu))”一文榮獲第三屆全國(guó)音樂(lè)教育論文比賽一等獎(jiǎng)。  


英文摘要 Creativity is the motivation for the development of history, which has come into the awareness of the whole world and advocated by all the countries. Creativity in education is a must and an inevitable choice for the new century, a central concern for today's educational study and further reform and development. The cultivation of creative talents calls for creative education, which in turns needs original teaching forces and fresh music education, entailing the theory and practice study in this field. Facing the tide of educational reform worldwide, active creative programs in education has been advancing progressively in China. Music education, which possesses creativity itself, is playing an indispensable role in fostering creativity and capability in practice. Therefore, the study of the theory and practice of music creation is epoch-making. In view of the fact that there have been some theories and practice for music creation, this paper intends to present systematically study to the concepts of creative music education and the creative music teachers, the new means and approaches of creative music education. It also tries to the confusions in the process of creative music education in the hope of soliciting wisdom from my fellow professionals. In addition, the second part of this paper "Creative Music Teachers(quality construction of creative music teachers)" was awarded the first-class prize by the Third National Music Education Thesis Contest.
