1898-1936年北京大學(xué)中國(guó)語(yǔ)文學(xué)系課程演變及其原因

【摘要】:北京大學(xué)中國(guó)語(yǔ)文學(xué)系的前身是京師大學(xué)堂中國(guó)文學(xué)門(mén)。1904年的《奏定大學(xué)堂章程》詳細(xì)地列出了中國(guó)文學(xué)門(mén)科目及其科目授課的范圍、內(nèi)容。中國(guó)文學(xué)作為一個(gè)新學(xué)科由此開(kāi)始建立。本文探究1898年到1936年(抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)北大南遷之前),北京大學(xué)中國(guó)語(yǔ)文學(xué)系課程演變的歷史及其啟示。這期間,北大中國(guó)語(yǔ)文學(xué)系課程經(jīng)歷學(xué)科起步期、學(xué)科初建期、學(xué)科變革期、學(xué)科調(diào)整期、學(xué)科成熟期五個(gè)階段。到1936年,北大中國(guó)語(yǔ)文學(xué)系的課程組織已基本定型,中國(guó)文學(xué)也從國(guó)學(xué)中的一門(mén)而獨(dú)立為專(zhuān)業(yè)、成熟的學(xué)科。細(xì)細(xì)考察推動(dòng)北大中國(guó)語(yǔ)文學(xué)系課程演變的原因,非常復(fù)雜。有北大教學(xué)行政組織的制度保障的原因,有民國(guó)初年文選派和桐城派之爭(zhēng),30年代激進(jìn)派和保守派之爭(zhēng)的人事變遷、學(xué)風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)變的原因,也有五四前后文學(xué)革命文學(xué)觀(guān)念的轉(zhuǎn)變,國(guó)學(xué)門(mén)各學(xué)會(huì)的研究活動(dòng),國(guó)外學(xué)術(shù)思想的傳入以及不同教授學(xué)術(shù)思想、研究成果的影響。了解這些歷史事實(shí),使我們明白北大中國(guó)語(yǔ)文學(xué)系在當(dāng)時(shí)直到今天都是學(xué)術(shù)研究重鎮(zhèn),決非偶然。從課程這一角度看當(dāng)時(shí)北大人為創(chuàng)造一個(gè)“研究高深學(xué)術(shù)之所”所做出的努力,對(duì)我們今天課程開(kāi)發(fā)極有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The predecessor of the Department of Chinese Literature at Peking University was the Department of Chinese Literature at Jingshi University. The articles of association of 1904 listed in detail the scope and contents of the subjects of Chinese literature and their subjects. As a new subject, Chinese literature began to be established. This paper explores the history and enlightenment of the curriculum evolution of the Department of Chinese Literature of Peking University from 1898 to 1936 (before the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan). During this period, the curriculum of the Department of Chinese and Literature of Peking University has gone through five stages: the beginning of the discipline, the transformation of the discipline, the adjustment of the discipline and the maturity of the discipline. By 1936, the curriculum organization of the Department of Chinese Literature of Peking University had been basically finalized, and Chinese literature was an independent and mature subject from one of the Chinese studies. It is very complex to investigate in detail the reasons that promote the curriculum evolution of the Department of Chinese Literature of Peking University. There are the reasons for the institutional guarantee of the teaching administrative organization of Peking University, the struggle between the literary selection school and the Tongcheng school in the early Republic of China, the personnel changes between the radical school and the conservatives in the 1930s, the reasons for the change of the style of study, and the change in the literary concept of the literary revolution before and after the May 4th Movement. The research activities of Chinese universities, the introduction of foreign academic thought and the influence of different professors' academic thought and research results. Understanding these historical facts makes us understand that the Department of Chinese Literature of Peking University was an important academic research town until today, and it is by no means accidental. From the point of view of curriculum, the efforts made by Peking University at that time to create a "institute of advanced and deep academic research" are of great significance to our curriculum development today.
