【摘要】：目前,全國已有22家專業(yè)的古籍出版社,古籍出版已成為不容忽視的一大門類。古籍類出版社幾乎是出版業(yè)最小、最苦的出版社,其生存環(huán)境較艱難。時(shí)下古籍社大有再煥青春之象,隨著傳統(tǒng)文化熱及國學(xué)熱的延續(xù),受益于社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對尋找文化根源的反哺,地方政府開始謀求經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展背后的文化根源,作為文化工程,各級政府對古籍整理越來越重視,加大投入,年度補(bǔ)貼,重大古籍整理項(xiàng)目也在增加,而投放主體恰是古籍出版社。據(jù)悉,2010年度國家古籍出版資助款項(xiàng)為1830萬元,42家出版社的93個(gè)項(xiàng)目獲得資助。之所以稱作"再煥青春",是基于20世紀(jì)中期,古籍出版社裂變時(shí)期及民國之際商務(wù)、中華等古籍整理輝煌時(shí)期而言的,民國時(shí)期是一個(gè)中西文化激烈碰撞的年代,各種思想潮流極其活躍,這一時(shí)期出版的各種文獻(xiàn)資料,思想文化價(jià)值非常之大。盡管如此,古籍的整理與出版仍面臨著未解的困局與破解。就此議題,本刊特邀諸位專業(yè)人士略作解答,雖淺顯,卻真誠。
[Abstract]:At present, there are 22 professional ancient book publishing houses in China, and ancient books publishing has become a major category that can not be ignored. The ancient book publishing house is almost the smallest and most bitter publishing house in the publishing industry, and its living environment is relatively difficult. With the continuation of the fever of traditional culture and the fever of the study of Chinese culture, the local governments began to seek the cultural roots behind the economic development as a cultural project, benefiting from the feedback of social and economic development to the search for cultural roots. Governments at all levels pay more and more attention to ancient book collation, increase investment, annual subsidies, major ancient book collation projects are also increasing, and the main body is the ancient book publishing house. It is reported that in 2010, the national ancient book publishing grants for 18.3 million yuan 42 publishing houses 93 projects were funded. The reason why it is called "rejuvenation" is that in the middle of the 20th century, in the period of fission of the ancient book publishing house and in the period of business and business of the Republic of China, the period of the Republic of China was an era of intense collision between Chinese and Western cultures. Various ideological trends are extremely active, this period published a variety of documents, ideological and cultural value is very great. Nevertheless, the collation and publication of ancient books are still faced with unresolved difficulties and solutions.
