【摘要】：正中國國學(xué)中獨(dú)特的修行境界與人格概念,專門針對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者提出了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者應(yīng)具備的特質(zhì):外我、大我、無我的人格境界。中國是個(gè)有著悠久歷史的文明古國,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力特質(zhì)的精神資源取之不盡。國學(xué)中蘊(yùn)含著豐富的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)特質(zhì)理論。其中,三重人格境界指的是:外我境界,即領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者自己或者借助外力做自己的旁觀者,隨時(shí)隨地"反觀、反聽、反思"自己;大我境界,即領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者清晰定位自己的角色,縮小人我之界,承載天地之本色,獲得"大欲、大智",以借天地之力幫助他人為功;無我境界,即領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者以服務(wù)者、公仆的角色自居,做到"無我執(zhí)、無我身、無我名"。
[Abstract]:The unique state of practice and the concept of personality in Chinese traditional Chinese culture put forward the characteristics of the leader: the outer self, the big self, and the non-self personality state. China is a country with a long history of civilization. The spiritual resources of leadership traits are inexhaustible. There is a rich theory of leadership characteristics in the study of Chinese culture. Among them, the triple personality realm refers to the external self realm, that is, the leader himself or the onlooker with the help of external force, "looking back at, listening to, and reflecting on" himself at any time and anywhere; the big self realm, that is, the leader clearly defines his own role, Narrow the boundaries of man and me, carry the nature of heaven and earth, obtain "great desire, great wisdom," to help others through the power of heaven and earth as merit; without self-realm, that is, the leader takes the role of server and public servant, and achieves "no self-holding, no self-body, no self-name"
