【摘要】：以聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織統(tǒng)計(jì)局發(fā)布的系列年度報(bào)告為依據(jù),本文分析了歐洲學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果顯示:(1)歐洲學(xué)前適齡幼兒的毛在園率已達(dá)到91%,東歐的毛在園率為80%,而西歐的毛在園率已高達(dá)102%。在1999-2006年期間,歐洲的毛在園率又提高了15.4%,目前正向100%的普及率邁進(jìn);(2)歐洲學(xué)前教育的主要形式是公辦,全歐洲在園幼兒中有79%就讀于公辦幼兒園,東歐就讀于公辦幼兒園的幼兒比例高達(dá)97%,西歐的相應(yīng)比例也高達(dá)66%,雖然近年來(lái)私立比重略有增長(zhǎng),但幅度很小,8年里只上升了1.5%;(3)歐洲學(xué)前教育的師生比為1:11,近年來(lái)雖有波動(dòng),但未見(jiàn)趨勢(shì)性變化。
[Abstract]:Published by UNESCO Bureau of statistics annual report as the basis, the paper analyses the present situation and trend of development of preschool education in Europe. The results showed that: (1) European preschool school-age children has reached 91% yuan in gross rate, Eastern Europe hair in the garden was 80%, and the gross rate has reached western Europe 102%. during the 1999-2006 years in the park, the European fur is increased by 15.4% in the garden of the current popularity rate, positive rate of 100% forward; (2) the main form of preschool education in Europe is public, Europe has 79% enrolled in public kindergarten children in the garden, the proportion of children enrolled in public kindergartens in Eastern Europe as high as 97% the corresponding proportion in Western Europe is as high as 66%, while the proportion of private increased slightly in recent years, but the magnitude is very small, only 8 years increased by 1.5%; (3) the European preschool education teachers and students than for 1:11, in recent years despite fluctuations, but no trend of change.
