【摘要】：隨著數(shù)字科技沖擊引發(fā)的媒介生態(tài)和社會(huì)系統(tǒng)變革,內(nèi)地高校新聞教育面臨著時(shí)代課題和緊迫的轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題。本文聚焦我國(guó)高校新聞教育轉(zhuǎn)型的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,并在對(duì)四所知名新聞院校廣播電視學(xué)專業(yè)教育調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,試圖描繪出專業(yè)新聞教育改革的實(shí)踐取向。新聞教育轉(zhuǎn)型的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題有:在為誰(shuí)培養(yǎng)人上的職業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)面向和社會(huì)面向問(wèn)題;媒介適應(yīng)面上的全媒體、跨媒體爭(zhēng)論;人才知識(shí)寬度的學(xué)科交叉復(fù)合問(wèn)題;如何培養(yǎng)人層面的培養(yǎng)模式問(wèn)題。高校專業(yè)改革實(shí)踐取向?yàn)?從面向傳媒行業(yè)定位的"專業(yè)對(duì)口"轉(zhuǎn)向?yàn)樯鐣?huì)上一切新聞傳播崗位培養(yǎng)人才的"專業(yè)對(duì)位";在人才媒介適應(yīng)性上,偏向于一專多能,強(qiáng)調(diào)基礎(chǔ)技能優(yōu)勢(shì)和新媒介適應(yīng)能力;跨學(xué)科培養(yǎng)未成主流,但部分引入其他學(xué)科課程呈新常態(tài);培養(yǎng)模式上存在大類培養(yǎng)、跨學(xué)科復(fù)合培養(yǎng)和專業(yè)培養(yǎng)三種模式。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of media ecology and social system caused by the impact of digital science and technology, journalism education in colleges and universities in mainland China is facing the problems of the times and urgent transformation. This paper focuses on the focus of the transformation of news education in colleges and universities in China, and on the basis of the investigation of radio and television major education in four well-known journalism colleges and universities, attempts to describe the practical orientation of the reform of professional news education. The focus of the transformation of news education is: who to train people on the professional organization orientation and social orientation; the media adaptation surface of the whole media, cross-media debate; the breadth of talent knowledge interdisciplinary complex issues; how to cultivate the human level of the training model. The practical orientation of professional reform in colleges and universities is as follows: from the "professional counterpart" facing the orientation of the media industry to the "professional alignment" of cultivating talents for all news and communication posts in the society; in the adaptability of the talent media, it tends to be specialized, emphasizing the advantages of basic skills and the adaptability of the new media; interdisciplinary training has not become the mainstream, but some of the courses in other disciplines have taken on the new normal. There are three kinds of training modes, namely, cross-disciplinary compound culture and professional training.
