【摘要】：隨著教育信息化的發(fā)展,地方高校亟需大量擁有信息素養(yǎng)的各專業(yè)教師。由于地方高校的發(fā)展主要依靠當(dāng)?shù)厥∈姓闹С?不具有部屬院校的特殊政策與經(jīng)濟(jì)支持,在教師信息素養(yǎng)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域難免會(huì)遇到更多的問題。因此,本文聚焦地方高校教師的信息素養(yǎng)研究,本研究以我國(guó)地方高校在職教師為研究對(duì)象,在原有UTAUT模型績(jī)效期望、努力期望、社群影響、便利條件四個(gè)變量的基礎(chǔ)上,增加了對(duì)信息技術(shù)的態(tài)度、自我效能感與焦慮感三個(gè)新變量,構(gòu)建了地方高校教師對(duì)信息技術(shù)的接受與采納模型,并依據(jù)模型制定了研究框架與假設(shè)。在實(shí)施過程中,先通過小規(guī)模的預(yù)調(diào)研,對(duì)問卷進(jìn)行修改與完善,再通過問卷調(diào)查法進(jìn)行大規(guī)模的正式調(diào)查,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、信度和效度分析以及多群組結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析。結(jié)合實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果,要提高地方高校教師對(duì)信息技術(shù)的績(jī)效期望,提升地方高校教師對(duì)信息技術(shù)的努力期望,轉(zhuǎn)變地方高校教師對(duì)信息技術(shù)的態(tài)度,改變地方高校教師對(duì)信息技術(shù)的社群影響,為地方高校教師提供使用信息技術(shù)的便利條件,增強(qiáng)地方高校教師對(duì)信息技術(shù)的自我效能感,規(guī)范地方高校教師的信息道德。
[Abstract]:With the development of educational information, local colleges and universities need to have a large number of professional teachers with information literacy. Since the development of local colleges and universities depends mainly on the support of the local provincial government, there is no special policy and economic support of the local colleges and universities, and more problems can be encountered in the field of the development of teachers' information literacy. Therefore, this paper focuses on the research of the information literacy of the local university teachers, which is based on the performance expectation of the original UTAUT model, the expectation of effort, the influence of the community and the convenience of the four variables of the original UTAUT model, and the attitude of the information technology is increased. Based on the three new variables of self-efficacy and anxiety, the model of local university teachers' acceptance and adoption of information technology is constructed, and the research framework and hypothesis are set up according to the model. In the process of implementation, the questionnaire was modified and perfected through a small-scale pre-investigation, and a large-scale formal investigation was carried out by the questionnaire method. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability and validity, and multi-group structural equation model. Based on the results of the empirical research, it is necessary to improve the performance of the local university teachers to the information technology, to improve the efforts of the local university teachers to the information technology, to change the attitude of the local university teachers to the information technology, and to change the influence of the local university teachers on the information technology. To provide the local university teachers with the conditions of information technology, to enhance the self-efficacy of the local teachers in the information technology and to standardize the information ethics of the local teachers.
