大學(xué)生情商現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及教育對策研究

【摘要】:情商是一個人掌控自己的情緒情感、認(rèn)知他人的情緒情感以及處理自己與他人之間情感關(guān)系的能力,是人們應(yīng)該具備的基本素養(yǎng)。大學(xué)生是國家寶貴的人才資源,不僅要有扎實(shí)的文化功底,也要有較高的情商素養(yǎng),只有"情智雙全",才能適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展對人才的需求。當(dāng)前大學(xué)生情商的總體狀況是好的,情商素質(zhì)普遍提升,情商意識不斷增強(qiáng),大部分同學(xué)具有良好的心理素質(zhì)和較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識,但少部分同學(xué)還存在一些問題,表現(xiàn)在自我認(rèn)知、情緒管理和人際交往等方面存在薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。這些問題影響了大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,已經(jīng)引起高校思想政治工作者的研究和思考。鑒于此,本文選取大學(xué)生情商問題進(jìn)行研究。本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等研究方法,在借鑒和吸收以往國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從大學(xué)生情商教育的基本問題入手,整理出大學(xué)生情商的基本現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題,并對影響大學(xué)生情商的因素進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生情商教育的對策措施。主要研究內(nèi)容及成果如下:一、對大學(xué)生情商現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。設(shè)計(jì)了大學(xué)生情商現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問卷,并選取沈陽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、東北大學(xué)、大連外國語大學(xué)三所遼寧地區(qū)高校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行抽樣問卷調(diào)查,并以調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對獲得的第一手資料進(jìn)行分析。調(diào)查分析結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)前大學(xué)生情商的總體狀況是好的,但部分大學(xué)生的情商還存在一些問題,表現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面:自我認(rèn)知能力欠缺、情緒管理能力不足、自我激勵能力較弱、承受挫折能力不強(qiáng)、人際交往能力不高等,這些問題需要引起思想政治工作者的重視。二、對影響大學(xué)生情商的諸多因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析。分析指出:由于價(jià)值觀念多元化的影響,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)功利化的影響,新媒體不良資訊的影響;高校對情商教育的重視程度有待加強(qiáng),大學(xué)生情商教育內(nèi)容有待完善,大學(xué)生情商教育方法有待改進(jìn);家庭培養(yǎng)方式的影響,家長榜樣示范作用缺失;大學(xué)生自身價(jià)值觀偏頗、大學(xué)生情商的相關(guān)知識欠缺,大學(xué)生自我心理調(diào)適能力較弱等原因?qū)е铝瞬糠执髮W(xué)生情商存在一些問題。三、提出了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生情商教育的對策措施。具體包括:優(yōu)化大學(xué)生情商教育的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,改善大學(xué)生情商教育的輿論環(huán)境,凈化大學(xué)生情商教育的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境;發(fā)揮思想政治理論課的主陣地作用,加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè),加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),重視大學(xué)生心理健康教育;家長應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,家長應(yīng)提升自身的情商素質(zhì);提高情商自我教育的意識,掌握情商自我教育的方法,積極參加情商教育實(shí)踐活動。期望這些對策和建議能夠?qū)訌?qiáng)大學(xué)生情商教育提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:EQ is the ability of a person to control his own emotions, recognize the emotions of others and deal with the emotional relationship between himself and others, and is the basic accomplishment that people should have. College students are the precious human resources of the country, which should not only have a solid cultural background, but also have a high EQ literacy. Only by "both feelings and wisdom" can they meet the needs of social development for talents. At present, the overall situation of college students'EQ is good, EQ quality is generally improved, EQ consciousness is constantly enhanced, most of the students have good psychological quality and strong sense of teamwork, but a small number of students still have some problems. There are weak links in self-cognition, emotional management and interpersonal communication. These problems have affected the all-round development of college students and have aroused the research and thinking of ideological and political workers in colleges and universities. In view of this, this paper selects college students EQ to carry on the research. This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and so on. On the basis of drawing lessons from and absorbing the research results of scholars at home and abroad, this paper starts with the basic problems of college students'EQ education. This paper collates the basic situation and main problems of college students'EQ, and makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the factors affecting EQ of college students, and on this basis, puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening EQ education of college students. The main research contents and results are as follows: first, the current situation of emotional intelligence of college students is investigated and studied. This paper designs a questionnaire on the present situation of emotional intelligence of college students, and selects three college students from Shenyang Agricultural University, Northeast University and Dalian Foreign Studies University to carry out a sample questionnaire survey, which is based on the survey data. Analyze the first-hand information obtained. The results of investigation and analysis show that the overall situation of EQ of college students is good, but there are still some problems in EQ of some college students, which are manifested in the following aspects: lack of self-cognitive ability, lack of emotional management ability, The ability of self-motivation is weak, the ability to bear setbacks is not strong, the ability of interpersonal communication is not high, and so on. These problems need to be paid attention to by ideological and political workers. Second, many factors that affect college students'EQ are systematically analyzed. The analysis points out that due to the influence of the diversification of values, the utilitarian of market economy and the influence of bad information of new media. The importance of EQ education in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened, the content of EQ education for college students needs to be improved, the methods of EQ education for college students need to be improved, the influence of family training mode, the lack of demonstration role of parents' role models, and the lack of demonstration role of parents' role models. The bias of college students' own values, the lack of related knowledge of college students'EQ, and the weak self-psychological adjustment ability of college students lead to some problems in EQ of some college students. Third, put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the emotional quotient education of college students. The concrete includes: optimizing the economic environment of college students'EQ education, improving the public opinion environment of college students'EQ education, and purifying the network environment of college students'EQ education; Give full play to the main position of ideological and political theory course, strengthen the construction of campus culture, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, attach importance to the mental health education of college students, parents should change the concept of education, parents should improve their own EQ quality. Improve the consciousness of EQ self-education, master the method of EQ self-education, and take an active part in EQ education practice. It is expected that these countermeasures and suggestions can provide reference and reference for strengthening the emotional quotient education of college students.
